Location: GPO가 가까워요~
가격대비 괜찮아요~ 시설은 좀 낙후되었지만, 객실 청결도는 나름 괜찮고요,, 저렴하게 이용하기에는 괜찮습니다. 다만 저녁이 되고 차가 없으면 객실에서 지내야 할듯요,,아주 안전한 지역은 아니라서 도보로 갈만한 곳이 없어서요,,

The hotel pictures online look better than the actual hotel. The fitness room wasn't even close to being accommodating and I didn't have hot water and was asked to wait until the next day, which was my check out day. The restaurant downstairs was the best part of my stay, along with front desk staff. I wouldn't recommend to a friend unless they were looking for an inexpensive place with little amenities to stay.

Cons: Maintenance and upkeep. Place is dated.
Location: Right by Tumon Bay. Tons to do.
The staff are the best. Really thoughtful and helpful. Five star service all the way.

立地的に観光には不便だと思います。 滞在してる方もビジネスの人が多かったです。 設備は問題ないです。 歯ブラシがなかったの近くのお店で買いました。

I left my jecket in the room when I checked out. few hours later, I found this and called the hotel. They said they didn't find anything left in the room. It is only a one possibility - the housekeeper kept it. It is a definit disonest.

Nice hotel with free shuttle service

Pros: I like the staff.
Cons: Hopefully the facility inside the room can be fixed and the hygiene condition can be improved.
Location: There's a small convenient store, Vietnam restaurant and Curry&Chill Restaurant near the hotel. Other than those, nothing is around the neighbourhood
Staff is very nice, especially Tess and Monus at the front desk. It is 5 mins by car to the outlet and there's convenient store right next to the hotel which will take only 5mins by walking. The restaurant inside the hotel serve very delicious food but close very early. The wifi is good. Furniture and facilities inside the room is a bit old. I like the sofa and big table where I can relax and work comfortably. It is a good choice considering its price.

새벽 비행기 도착이라 잠깐 잠만 잘 목적으로 리조트 대신 상대적으로 저렴한 호텔을 찾다가 예약한 곳입니다. 새벽 3시 경에 도착했는데 카운터 응대는 친절했고요. 방도 넓고 깔끔했습니다. 에어컨이 너무 오래된 모델이라 괌 더위를 이기기엔 역부족이었던 점은 아쉬웠고요. 관광 목적이라면 투몬 쪽 리조트를 추천하겠지만, 혹 다른 목적으로 괌을 찾았다면 무난한 선택이 될 것 같습니다.

I arrived late after a long flight on business. My room smelt of strong cleaner, opened the door to a chair that had the covering ripped off, I am not exaggerating when I say that I questioned if it was picked up of the side of the road. The chair was the first thing I saw when I walked in...talk about a poor first impression. The sofa was covered with the Bedspread, the carpet was stained, I entered further in to the bed area, and felt an immediate need to check the mattress and sheets, and then proceeded to bathroom where the fixtures were rusted out and the handles on the door were missing...not to mention the mold on the yellowed floor mat in the shower. I went back to the front desk to complain of the chair ( i have lived in 3rd world countries- the bed was clean as far as I could tell, so I was fine to sleep for the evening and cancel the rest of my stay) at the front desk they were happy to give me another room, so I checked it out...no way... my first terrible room seemed better. The next morning I reminded them to change my chair. I was on business so sitting at the desk was critical... I was not sitting on the covered sofa...just felt dirty. When I returned to my room late in the day, the door to my room was open...yes, open with my personal belongings exposed to any passerby. I reported this and asked to cancel, where i was reminded my stay was nonrefundable. I was given a breakfast voucher as a courtesy, which was not accepted for the purchase of oatmeal w banana.

All in all, this hotel was quite satisfactory. Location was good and rooms were clean and comfortable. The carpet in the room I stayed in looked a bit dingy, and I would rather have had tile or some hard surface, but I wore slippers all the time so it was OK. Bathroom was clean but some toiletries were missing (soap) so I had to shower with shampoo, but the next day they replenished the supplies. Restaurant was quite good and is recommended. Staff were friendly, helpful and cordial. It was a good experience overall.
