Has a water leak then the room they moved to had no water the morning we left.

Would rate everything excellent except the outside door was hard to open and close, had to really pull it shut to make sure it locked. Also the second night the heater in the room next door was a little noisy. Otherwise the breakfast was great, the staff was great, and the room was clean and comfortable.

We always stay at this hotel when in Grove Ok. Always a good experience. Nice clean rooms, house keeping staff is excellent, breakfast is hot and fresh with a wide variety of food selections, we especially enjoy going back to the hotel for cookies at 4pm daily. I am now in need of some special accommodation and my last minute request for a ground floor room was pleasantly filled. Wonderful experience.

Great stay
An amazing stay from check in to check out. We got a friendly, welcome upon arrival. Clean, fresh room. Delicious fresh baked cookies in the evening and a generous hot breakfast in the morning. The pool was delightful and clean. A few loungers would have been nice for sun worshippers.

The room was not very big, but very nice and clean. The beds were also very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was good too. I would stay there again if I go to Grove.

Hotel needed outside yard maintenance. Hotel is not on lake. Cannot see lake from Hotel. Lake is about two miles from Hotel. To get into park must pay for parking pass. Swimming pool not open in this resort environment. Trash on top of pool cover. Garbage cans full. Left day early.

Sorry this was your experience. None of the hotels in Grove open their pools until Memorial Day weekend.Hopefully you can come and enjoy it when it is open.

The whole experience, from beginning to end was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Room was very comfortable. This was the best hotel we have stayed at and would do so again in a heartbeat. Angie was there to both check us in and upon our departure. She was so sweet and so easy to talk to. She was able to help us in so many ways. We adopted a dog while we were there, and the staff were so welcoming to her also. We really could not have asked for a better experience.

When we first arrived we were greeted by a very nice lady who told me all about my room and things to do on site. She even had fresh baked cookies! We were meeting friends for dinner and she gave easy to follow directions so that we wouldn't get lost. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. My only issue was that the shower curtain was too close to my body and I had to stand sideways in order to not touch the curtain or the bar that is also in the shower. Other than that, our stay was perfect!
