"This place was fine, but the parking was difficult and stressful. The hotel was hard to find and nowhere to park out front, so we had to call the number in heavy traffic with nowhere to park and she gave us the street address of some empty lot which was not marked at all as a parking lot and i had to keep looping around trying to find it. When i asked why it said "parking available" she said that wasn't the case in the winter. Then i had to move the car again to some other street spot. Really...

"The check in was a breeze. Francesca was extremely helpful to work with. She’s fluent in English, and helped us with everything, like directions to the town and parking. There’s a big parking lot in front of the hotel. While the room is a little dated, it is compensated with nice balcony overlooking the sea, and the best Buffett Breakfast in our Italian tour. We also requested 2 extra pilliows as there were only 2 pillows. Thanks Francesca. Will be back."

Lift not operational and no toilets available in the restaurant or by the pool which was very inconvenient as we had to go up two flights (42) steps to use the toilet in our room! Food was delicious and they really tried to make our stay great and the swimming pool is fantastic! Still a way to go, but when finished and fully operational next year, it will be an amazing place to stay and enjoy the facilities!"

There is a Spa of sorts attached but it works limited hours, so be prepared to get there early if you want to use it. Within the guest areas, you could smell stale smoke and the hotel restaurant was in a windowless small room with limited choice and poor serving staff and breakfast was just awful, has the budget been cut...
