Everything was spotless, beds comfy in fact couldn't have asked for more. The girls loved being with the animals and in the play area - we had to drag them off to go into Scarborough! We stayed in a duplex apartment on the ground floor and felt the bedrooms were a bit small and cramped. Not enough storage space eg. No chest of drawers in the main bedroom and only 10 hangers between two adults. We lived out our cases. The outside patio area and chairs were filthy and not cleaned for our arrival.
