Welcomed by the gracious Omar and Eduardo, I was immediately guided to valet parking where their warm smiles and genuine dedication to their roles were evident. Eduardo accompanied me as I exited parking, assisting with my luggage and escorting me to the seventh floor. It was there that I had the pleasure of meeting Mary, whom I had previously spoken with over the phone. Words cannot express my gratitude for her exceptional service and warm demeanor. Meeting her in person, her infectious energy and radiant smile left a lasting impression. Conditioner dispenser didn’t work, loud noise by freeway, self parking exit wasn’t working well and took forever, bathroom sinks by ballroom was out of service, and elevator was out of service. Definitely can use a lot of fixing!!!

I enjoyed my stay. The staff is amazing, extremely friendly and very efficient. There is one housekeeper (not Annie) that would skip me every time she cleaned though. I didnt need services but making sure I didn't need anything would have been nice. They go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. It's like family. the parking is pretty good. They are doing renovations on some rooms but the rooms are nice and comfortable. It's reasonably priced. I will definitely keep this location saved for the future and will definitely recommend this place to others.
