overall clean, well maintained. the only bad part: the front desk personnel missing at times, cannot call front desk from the room phone. otherwise, courteous, great and delish breakfast for hotel food :)

The area around the hotel isn’t very walker friendly. Very long cross walks with minimal allocated crossing time. Would be better to drive around this area IMO. The hotel itself is well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had some decent options, but at the end of the day it’s hotel breakfast. Good value considering it’s included with your hotel room. The air conditioning works very well and the beds are super comfortable. I would book a room here again.

The staff was very friendly thankfully it was clean and they are pet friendly my dog was extra noisy and they accommodated me. Best stay breakfast was also wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel

This Holiday Inn and Express was conveniently located near several dining options and also close to the interstate. The breakfast was great. They had several options and the breakfast employees were very helpful and friendly.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in years. Place was extremely clean, employees were great. Only somewhat complaint I have is that there is absolutely NO recycling anywhere on the property. Would definitely stay again and recommend for others

Stay was ok. Research the weekend before you go. There was a party in common area and tons of ball teams staying there. Kinda noisy in the halls Saturday night. Sunday night was much better. Breakfast ladies were top notch!

Staff were friendly & very helpful, the hot breakfast options were great, and plentiful, and the bathroom included essentials like lotion, body wash, etc. The property is evidently a little old and could use some minor updates like paint, tiling repairs, etc. But nonetheless, it was a great stay.

Value in the Ville
We love Greenville and come up often. Holiday Inn Express provides a great option for short stay overs. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The location is right in the middle of everything we wanted to do on this trip.

After check in we realized the toilet didn’t flush. Upon further inspection the arm attached to the chain was broken. The front desk came to inspect and said they didn’t have any way to fix the problem and no other room to move us to. We just had to reach in the tank water and pull the chain each time we used the bathroom. They did offer free snacks for our trouble since we paid thru Expedia and couldn’t get a credit.
