The inside courtyard was really cool never been to a hotel with a place like that, the room was very big and accommodating, nice bathroom, kitchen had all the essentials you need, the TVs with built in chromecasts made watching whatever while we were in the room easy, would easily stay here again

I thought this property was unique in the fact that it felt like an apartment building that was a hotel. The suites were clean as was the common area and the laundry facilities. I was a little disappointed that there is no soundproofing in the rooms. The sound from the next room sounded like they were inside my room which scared me a little at first and was very disconcerting for my 2 dogs. I was also disappointed in the outside area as it seemed to be filled with dog poops which makes it hard to walk yourself and your pet. Some of this could be avoided if they had a pet station in the back. I would say overall we really enjoyed our stay and works consider it again

When we arrived late after office hours our key lock box was miss assigned so we had to call for assistance with gaining access to our room. The on-call staff was very nice and responded promptly. Unfortunately, when we got to our room, we noticed there was not a closet anywhere in the suite. The next morning we requested to move to another room with a closet. Our request was granted and our new location was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Perfect stay
The staff, the property, the beds, the kitchen, everything… was amazing. I will absolutely stay again if I’m in the area! Only thing I could possibly suggest is having a tiny thing of cooking oil and salt and pepper in the kitchen.

The amenities are what you would expect out of a budget hotel. While things appeared mostly clean, there was nothing else remarkable. The walls are very thin, so even though no one was being overly loud, it made it very difficult to sleep because you could hear others moving around next door as well as above and below your unit. Our room was also not ready at 3 PM when promised and then we had to end our evening plans early in order to make it back to meet the staff member before 9 PM to check-in after we already went downtown for the afternoon/dinner.

Nice property but when requested to move because of children constantly running in apt above even late into night was basically ignored (staying 5 nights) - excellent location to large mall and short drive to downtown.

Absolutely loved the set up at this hotel, the rooms were very clean and my girls loved the beds. The one thing I did not like at all was the fact that the lobby closes early and is not open after like 9 o’clock. I’m not even sure what would’ve happened had we lost our hotel key. I have never stayed in a hotel that wasn’t open 24 hours if you needed some thing, so it was just very strange. I would actually probably not stay there again just for that reason which is unfortunate as I really liked the location and the rooms!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us here. I am very sorry that we may not have explained this better at check in. We have an after hours emergency line for this very reason. We would never leave our guests locked out of their suite. We provide this infomation upon check in, and we have signage on the wall inside the first set of sliding glass doors. We also provide a digital key which allowes the guests to enter their suite via their phone's bluetooth. I hope this will give you better insite as to how we handle any after hours issues, and that it won't keep you from staying with us in the future. We apprecate you taking the time to keep us your feedback.

Everything about this place was top notch. Full sized fridge, coffee pot, and dishwasher. Lovely common area with a grill. Staff was friendly and helps. Only drawback was the vending- the soda machine was almost empty our entire stay. Highly recommend.
