Key card didn’t work every time we went to our room. We had to keep going to the desk to get it activated. Bathroom was very dirty. No one came and cleaned our room/give us fresh towels.

The gentleman that checked us in was so nice and friendly. The room was clean and modern and had all the necessary amenities including USB ports for charging a phone. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of cold and hot items. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel is spotless, clean, and crisp with really friendly staff in a convenient Green Bay location, and it’s pet friendly. We’ll be staying here again on future trips to Green Bay. Well run hotel worth consideration.

Very nice comfortable room, great pillows and mattress. Shower was very modern. Great overall. Fitness room was underwhelming :-(. Breakfast was really good as well

Impressed! This hotel seems newer and is very nice! I travel every other week and spend a lot of time in hotels, I will have to add this chain to my normal rotation! Black out blinds were great. Room controls worked great. Fitness area was wonderful. Free cookies at check in was nice. Very impressed! The only thing I’d add is a pancake or waffle maker at breakfast. Everything else was there! Great stay!

Smelly but still expensive
The room smelled like cigarette smoke and it was gross. My son had an allergic reaction from it and even his skin flared up from sleeping on the smoky sheets. It was so late and we were exhausted, which is why we didn’t ask for a different room. In fact, it’s easier for us to just pick a different hotel next time, one that’s clean like Hampton Inn.

Property is well kept and clean. Check in ambassador was very nice and informative. We loved the draw close blackout blinds in the room! Wifi was fast and all plug ins/ outlets were modern.

Our stay was excellent. The room was comfortable and cleqn. Breakfast selections were outstanding. We enjoyed the lemon water offered in the lobby. I used the pool and hot tub and appreciated both. The staff were friendly and courteous. We will stay here again and I would recomment this hotel.

Really great hotel in a quieter area. I loved that our room looked out into the trees- I've never seen that at a hotel before! I also loved that the bathroom vanity was low- so many are super high nowadays. The beds were comfy, breakfast was great, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the staff were very friendly! I SO appreciate wonderful customer service! This hotel could use a bit of updating (in my opinion), but overall we LOVED everything about our stay! Would highly recommend!

The shower head had been replaced and was no longer accessible. This was an inconvenience as I am unable to stand. My husband had to hold the shower head wand for my entire shower because it was no longer accessible to me.
