A fabulous villa and location
Villa Marian has everything one could want - location, faultless spacious & high spec villa with easy access to the range of beautiful bays in NE Corfu. I fully recommend it to anyone who would like the privacy of a secluded location but within walking distance of the town of Kassiopi.

Oasis tucked behind olive trees
Our family of 4 enjoyed this lovely home in Corfu. After a long ride to the Villa it was a pleasure to see that restaurants, beaches and shops were within walking distance. The tranquil environment amongst the olive trees was so relaxing. Villa Marian is a very special place. Thank you Tom for providing a memorable stay.

Excellent property in a lovely location
We had a lovely stay. The property is close to the town but up a small hill which lifts the view and provides a magnificent vista. Lots of space and areas to relax, a lovely pool and very well equipped. Tom was an excellent host.

Perfect stay at Villa Marian
Our family had the best time here at Villa Marian the location is perfect to walk to the village and beaches. The villa is spacious and very comfortable with a choice of outdoor seating and a lovely pool.

Another great stay at Villa Marian
After a great time last year my husband and I took our daughter and son-in-law with us this year. Like us they fell in love with this hidden gem of a villa. Quiet and peaceful but so close to restaurants, shops and harbour. Weather was very hot so we all made good use of pool. Fantastic views and sunrise. Villa very clean and well equipped. Julie the cleaner such a lovely person. Thank you Tom for all your communication. Look forward to another visit some day.

The villa, the view and the sea.
The stunning and ever changing view was the icing on the cake for this villa. The villa itself is great with all home comforts and a well equipped kitchen. It was a joy to have sharp knives. We enjoyed every minute despite bad weather for 4 days. The proximity to town was ideal, little noise but, all amenities to hand.

Great communication from villa owner made our advance booking so reassuring. Kassioppi suited our mixed group perfectly. The Villa was close enough to allow easy walking but far enough to get privacy and amazing views. Can’t wait to go again.

Wow! Absolutely stunning Villa in an amazing location
Similar to the last reviewer, we managed to stay here due to a problem with another booking, and we were so glad that we did! The Villa is amazing, the pictures don't do it justice. Private, well equipped and spotlessly clean with an amazing outdoor space with a fantastic pool and BBQ area with views across Kassiopi and the Ionian Sea to Albania. Wi-Fi and Netflix kept the teenagers occupied when the sun got too much! Kassiopi is only 5 mins walk away with a vast selection of tavernas, restaurants and shops. Gorgeous beaches are within walking distance and boat trips easily arranged from the harbour. We had a car, though hardly used it as everything and so much was close by. Tom was a brilliant host from the off, confirming the booking within minutes via phone (which was appreciated given the problems we had with the previous booking), and answering any queries - however simple - whilst there. We've stayed at quite a few villas as a family over the last years, and this was definitely the best overall experience! A fantastic holiday all round. Damien & Katie

Exceeded expectations
We had a wonderful week’s stay at Villa Marion for my mum’s belated 70th birthday - we were a family of 5: myself and my husband (in our 30s), our 5-month old son, my sister and my parents, both in their 70s. The villa is beautiful and is incredibly spacious - all 3 bedrooms are large and the living space, both inside and outside, is more than enough for the number of bedrooms. It is also very well equipped. The view from the villa is spectacular and looking out from the stunning pool area to Albania across the sea every morning is something I will miss for a while! Tom was incredibly helpful with some extra requests and communication was good from the start. As others have said, the location is perfect - a short walk to the beach and town - so no need for a car unless you want to explore the island. The only thing to note is that a great view obviously comes with a steep incline up to the villa, which may not suit those with limited mobility. We all loved our stay and will hopefully be back in future.

Fabulous family holiday
design and layout of the house well thought out. A house with three equally large bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of outside space, a pool deep enough to swim in, and gorgeous views across to Albania, Looked after beautifully by Julie who changed our beds and cleaned twice during our 10 day stay. Close enough to Kassiopi centre to walk, lots of supermarkets available. Thank you and would go again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful villa in great location
My husband and I spent 9 wonderful days at Villa Marian. The location is very private but only a short walk to all local tavernas, shops and the harbour. There is definitely no need to hire a car unless you wish to explore the Island. The Villa itself is beautifully furnished and equipped and the pool size is exceptional. Lovely views from the verandas and to see the sunrise each morning was something special. This was by far the best villa we have stayed at and are already looking at dates for next year. Breathtaking views, gorgeous swimming pool
We loved every minute of our recent stay. The property is beautiful, the photos hardly do it justice. Everything is spotless, beds are very comfortable and the outside space is second to none. Fantastic Villa...!!
This was just the perfect villa holiday. The place is located in a fantastic place with great views and so close to the town...no car is required. Tom and Julie were so helpful and friendly and communicated in a professional way right from the moment we booked our stay. We will definately re-visit and after visiting Kassiopi for the first time we fell in love with the place...just perfect..!!

Fantastic villa in a great location
We booked last minute because our holiday to Turkey was cancelled due to Covid, we are so happy that we did because we had an amazing time in a beautiful villa and had a great time in Kassiopi. We would highly recommend the villa; everything you need is provided, the pool is great with a view over Kassiopi to Albania in the distance, all bedrooms are en-suite with aircon and the villa is kept spotless by Julie. Tom was very helpful, answering our queries and getting everything sorted very quickly. We would love to return again soon.

Just back from an amazing stay in Villa Marian in Kassiopi. The villa was beautiful, spacious and super clean. Location was brilliant - the first time we haven't hired a car on a villa holiday and would thoroughly recommend! The host was extremely attentive, provided lots of useful information about the area and airport transfers etc. Everything went very smoothly. Just a shame we could only stay a week. Would love to return.

Super house, super location
Very impressed, excellent location only 5-10 walking to beaches and down-town Kassiopi full of restaurants and shopping opportunities. Great house, clean, spacious, with nice views looking at the sea, Albania and Kassiopi. Can fully recommend the house if you ever want to visit Corfu.

Fabulous Villa in Superb Location
Villa Marian is a beautiful secluded Villa of a very high standard. However the location is perfect with all restaurants and bars of Kassiopi within walking distance and so close to the beach. A most impressive villa in a delightful location, a few minutes walk away to the delightful unspoilt port of Kassiopi, with its superb choice of restaurants. The bedrooms had great wardrobe storage with identical coat-hangers .(nice)super en suite bathrooms .everything to a very high standard.

Wonderful villa with amazing views
There were 4 of staying in this lovely villa for 9 nights from 13th September and have to say it's probably the best one we have stayed in and we have been to quite a lot of villas. The pool was big and great to swim in, and was cleaned several times during our stay. The villa is extremely comfortable and very well equipped. There were several seating areas nearly all with the lovely views over to Albania and the surrounding countryside. The villa was also cleaned during our stay and the lady was very helpful. The walk to Kassiopi is about 10 minutes. The harbour area was lovely and there were great restaurants/tavernas all serving excellent food. There are also a couple of well stocked supermarkets. Booking was very easy with the owner Tom who was extremely helpful. He recommended Fulvea taxis for our transfers to and from the airport and they were very prompt in picking us up. We will definitely be back to this fantastic villa.

Great property in a relaxing location
Kassiopi is a small harbour town, very tourist oriented with many good restaurants, tourist shops and a number of boat tour operators. The villa is within easy walking distance of the town centre/harbour but also feels private, peaceful and secluded. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and offered lots of local knowledge such as a travel operator to arrange mini bus transfer from Corfu airport and location of shops (including one that would deliver!). The villa itself was spotless and very well appointed (big TV and a large selection of movies was a nice touch and kept us amused in the evenings / cloudy day). The pool was clean and maintained throughout our stay, the cleaner also visited mid week. The photos of the property speak for themselves and the reality certainly lived up to the expectations set. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa.

Loved this place, a week of sunshine and pool time with the kids. The villa is amazing, has everything you need. We barely left the place all week except for supplies. Spacious, comfortable modern villa, close to the town and harbour with fab views and pool.
We had a marvellous time. There was more than enough space for our party of 4 adults and 2 teenage lads and really there's everything you could want for a great family or group break. Villa Marian has all the usual household conveniences,comforts and amenities you'd expect at home, a lovely warm pool that's kept immaculately clean and - importantly - aircon that works! Its stays pretty cool inside even without aircon though. There are great views of the sea & Kassiopi from the pool, lounge, bedrooms, veranda and first floor balcony. No need to hire a car either, its just a short walk to all the attractions of Kassiopi, day or night. There's a built-in barbecue area overlooking the pool if you want to cook alfresco. If something in the villa needs attention or you have a question about some aspect of the property when you are there, just contact the owner directly and rest assured, he'll sort you out. That gives great peace of mind. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Kassiopi. Lovely.

Super Villa in a great location
Great Villa, better in real life than the pictures convey. Light and airy throughout, three excellent bedrooms each with there own bathroom. Downstairs is done out lovely, and has air con here as well as in the bedrooms. Kitchen very well equipped. Outside is also excellent, the pool is lovely, the BBQ area is great and the views are excellent. It was great to find a property with the seclusion this one has, yet it is only a 6 minute walk to the nearest bar and only a few more to the main village and harbour so you really do not need a car to get about the resort though we appreciated ours for shopping and visiting other area's. Tom was great to deal with, from booking the holiday, then pre holiday advise such as where to get shopping and actually being on hand when in the property. Also special mention for Julie who kept the place tip top and was always friendly and helpful. Kassiopi itself is great,in that it has plenty of different aspects, mainly the beach which has the lovely Venus Bar which is great for sunset, the harbour area with it's bars and restaurants, Limani Bar being our favorite here, and the Village Centre where we enjoyed Jasmine's and the central cafe bar which did lovely cocktails. There are plenty of good shopping options for stocking up the Villa, Pandora Market is five minute walk away and friendly and helpful, and the Dimitrus Market in the village centre not much further away. We really liked the Nikos food market just as you drive into the resort as it is very well stocked and friendly service. Fully recommend this property, great place in a great location and we will be going back out again next year.

Marian villa kassioppi amazing
This villa was everything we could have hoped for and more. The location is superb set on a hill with a gentle few minutes walk to the beautiful fishing village of Kassiopi - to be so secluded in amazing grounds but so close to everything was unique The villa was better than photos - it was spotless and had everything you could have wanted regards cooking and leisure facilities - don't take a book there's a well stocked book shelf. Great cd and DVDs collection too Six adults all had their own double room and en suite facility - everyone was happy - top balcony from the bedrooms gave amazing views of the sea and Albania The pool was well maintained and warm and the view from it superb BBQ facilities were excellent and we particularly liked the fairy lights ( not too sure about coloured strobes in pool) The villa was cleaned whilst we were there and the lady was very friendly and helpful - we did lock ourselves out and she was very obliging and quick to support us Kassiopi has everything you could want - beach ,harbour, trips, boat hire, bars and restaurants We can honestly say that we did not have a bad meal out The corfiots were welcoming and friendly We will definitely return thank you Tom for allowing us to enjoy your splendid villa

Beautiful Villa, superb location.
Beautiful, well appointed villa in a great location which combines a wonderful view with convenience of proximity to Kassiopi. Extremely helpful villa owner, Tom, nothing too much trouble for him. Kassiopi is a great small holiday town in a lovely location in north east Corfu. Welcome is fantastic, restaurants, bars to suit all tastes and budgets, for families with young children and couples looking for quiet relaxing holiday. Hard to imagine better accommodation in a nicer area.

Surpassed all our dreams and expectations!
This was our first villa holiday and we couldn't have been more delighted with this stunning villa in the most beautiful place, set in the olive groves overlooking the very pretty town of Kassiopi. This villa just blew us away when we arrived - it is huge for a start! The pool area is absolutely beautiful, complete with an extremely impressive BBQ area with pergoda to sit and enjoy a different vantage point. The patio table has an incredible view of the sea. Watch the sunrise in the morning over the Albanian mountains. The villa itself has absolutely everything you can possible imagine and all great quality. ! Tom, the owner has thought of every detail. The villa is open plan downstairs and tastefully furnished with lots of homely touches; candles, music, etc. Each bedroom has the same view and you can sit on the extensive balcony and admire. The villa is only a very short walk into the centre, down some steps (could be difficult for anyone with mobility problems but my 75 year old mum managed). Great little supermarkets for fresh food supplies. Lots of amazing tavernas. Kassiopi is a lovely place ; no noisy clubs and bars but lots of places to eat and drink and a beautiful pictureque harbour. Meal prices vary from gyros €2.70 and Greek salads €6-7) and €8-12 for main meals. Wine €5-6 half a lite. All tavernas do similar food, from traditional Greek dishes to pizzas and burgers etc - something for everyone. An amazing bakery on the Main Street for fresh bread, pastries and cakes. We really didn't leave the villa much at all - why would we want to! However we did hire a small car for one day (Kassiopi cars €30). We visited some beautiful places and would recommend Kalami, Agni and Old perithia- - a 700 BC village in the mountains not far from Kassiopi which is part ruin but has several authentic tavernas ( Rick Stein did a programme from one of them) . Really worth a visit. Back to the villa! We cannot recommend this stunning place enough! Tom, the owner is brilliant at communication and responds to all emails and texts. His attention to every detail is outstanding. We met a couple of staff (gardeners/maintenance) on the day we left and they couldn't speak more highly of him. It was the first villa we have booked independently and it was reassuring that we could contact him if needed, but to be honest, everything ran like clockwork. Also highly recommend Fulvia Travel - brilliant transfer €120 return. Excellent service.

Amazing villa in the perfect location
The villa is spacious, well equipped, really beautifully decorated with all you need for a luxury stay. The views, pool and outside furniture made staying at home wonderful during the hot days. It is really easy to walk down to the local beach and fabulous Janis restaurant and only a few more minutes to the town, harbour and huge selection of restaurants, shops and bars. We would walk around the headland to the Bataria beach which is stunning with white pebbles and the most amazing coloured sea. One of my favourite places was the Venus cafe, where Stefanos was so friendly giving me advice where to run and made a mean Freddocappucino. We hired a car to visit other local beaches and Old Perithia. We did take the kids to Aqualand and would really recommend taking a boat trip to Corfu Town, it is more beautiful than we could imagine. The villa was kept spotless by Julia, and Tom was on hand on the phone if we had any questions. We highly recommend the Villa as a base for a Kassiopi holiday

Perfect villa in a great location
This is a wonderful villa. Gorgeous view, short walk into town yet very peaceful. Sitting on the terrace in the evening with the lights of the town and harbour below with a chilled glass of rose is a memory that will stay with us for a long time..

The perfect Villa in a stunning setting
We had a wonderful week at Villa Marian. Great transfers with Fulvia travel from and to the airport, even stopping for us to pick up some groceries and much needed wine after our journey. The Villa exceeding all our expectations. Spacious and clean, with everything we needed for the stay. Our two boys got changed and were straight in the pool upon our arrival. The views over Kassiopi and toward the Albanian Mountains were amazing. Kassiopi was only a short distance away, for a bit more of a walk , we recommend wandering around the headland and into the Town, which we did on a few occasions. The Villa is perfectly situated and quiet, with plenty of little corners outside to find shade and read a book. We very much enjoyed watching the butterflies and the visiting swallows which drank from the pool on their flight past. Highly recommend this Villa! A big thank-you to Tom & family for letting us stay there. We’ll be back!

Einfach wunderbar - Top Haus! Großartige Ferien!
Wir waren eine Woche rund um Ostern hier und können einen Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen. Das Haus ist eins der schönsten, das wir je hatten und der Pool (mit Solarheizung) großartig! Das Haus ist sehr angenehm, bietet viel Platz und vor allem auch draußen viele schöne unterschiedliche Sitzplätze. Der Blick aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Innen ist alles geschmackvoll ausgestattet und Julie, die nette Haushälterin, hält es tip top sauber. Tom ist ein super netter Vermieter und hat hier einen Ferien-Traum realisiert. Es gibt eine sehr gute Klimaanlage und Mückenschutz-Schiebefester überall, sodass ein Aufenthalt im Sommer sicher auch toll ist. Kassiopi ist eine nette Stadt, man kann zu Fuß zum Bäcker und ins Restaurant gehen - und ist mit der Lage am Hügel dennoch raus aus dem Trubel. Korfu haben wir zum ersten Mal erlebt und finden es sehr schön grün mit guter griechischer Küche. Auch unsere Teenager Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Entspannung pur!
Traumhafte Lage, traumhafte Unterkunft, komplette Ausstattung - hier kann man sich wirklich wohl fühlen! Wir hatten den Vor- oder Nachteil, je nachdem, was man sucht, dass wir in der Vorsaison in Kasiopi waren. Ruhe im Ort, entspannte Atmosphäre, es war wunderschön. Wie es in der Hauptsaison aussieht, mag ich mir nicht vorstellen. Aber auch da hat Villa Marian den unschlagbaren Vorteil, dass sie abseits des Geschehens liegt. Und wer den Trubel will, ist in max. 10 Minuten im Ort! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
