Dear Christian, we would like to thank you very much for the time you spent to review your stay with us this year. We are glad you enjoyed our spacious suites as well as the wide collection of our amenities - all carefully selected to make you feel at home. With regret we read that you had a difficulty to park your car. Our parking space is designed for 8 cars (one for each suite) and it is designed the best way possible in our mountainous location. At this period of time, we need to deal with constructions in the next field, something that causes noise during the day. You were annoyed by this and we truly believe this is reasonable. We need to mention though that in our suites we officially offer cleaning service every second day, something that is published in our services catalogue and a potential guest could see it before they reserve with us. Furthermore, we regret that you never came to enjoy our breakfast buffet on our terrace and taste all the fresh and local products that are carefully selected for our guests; picking up only a few and having them in the suite did not give you the opportunity to get to know the wide array of what we offer.
