Very lovely and luxurious feeling space, super clean, staff was excellent and make great recommendations for restaurants and things to do and see. We loved that the hotel was just outside of Fira, 6 minute drive, but so quiet and picturesque setting with great views of the ocean.

Amazing hotel and staff! The staff went above and beyond and were all so friendly. Breakfast every morning was delicious and the dining and pool areas were kept so clean, along with our room. I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Santorini!

Quientessence of a facility.
The folks at Onyx are truly amazing.When myself and my wife stay expired and we wanted to extend,they had no room,but they made sure we got another close by Bed and Breakfast facility to stay the one night we needed before departure.Truly great people.Any other time I visit Santorini ,I must stay at Onyx.

This property is absolutely beautiful! The room was very clean and has everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful whenever needed. The town is a little bit of a walk but not bad at all and the staff can easily arrange transportation as well which was very helpful! We loved everything about this property and would stay again!

I enjoyed my stay at the Onyx and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Santorini. Staff was excellent, room was very clean and the location was walking distance to shopping and dining.

Our stay at Onyx truly made our visit to Santorini unforgettable. The hospitality we received from the team running the property was incredible. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is not far from Fira (walkable for us) yet. Everything is truly as pictured - not photoshopped at all. The rooms were fresh, squeaky clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast provided every morning was delicious. We loved the pool and enjoyed many tasty drinks made by the bartender. If we are ever able to visit Santorini again, we would not consider staying anywhere else. Will recommend this location to anyone we know planning a visit.

This resort was amazing! We loved the architecture, the staff, the amenities (pool and free breakfast). There's not a lot of rooms and that's what makes the resort special, as it's very peaceful and not overly crowded. I highly recommend it! It is about a 7 minute drive from Fira, but walkable (~25-30 minutes). We would definitely stay here again if we visit Santorini in the future.

Highly recommend the onyx hotel. The hospitality was amazing and Katia and staff was accommodating. The location is not too far from Fira. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved the included breakfast! Everything was beautifully designed. We would definitely come back and suggest to others that visit Santorini. We stayed 7 nights at Onyx Hotel and it was fantastic. The hotel is quite small, which makes your stay very peaceful, and you feel very safe and at home there. Tamta is a brilliant host and makes you feel very welcome, nothing is ever a problem. All the staff are happy and friendly and do a brilliant job. Our room was kept spotless and was nice and spacious (the bed was also very comfortable). We had a room with a balcony and hot tub, and there was lovely view down to the sea on the eastern side of the island. The breakfast every morning was tasty, the facilities were all well maintained and good quality. We would highly recommend the hotel! Ευχαριστώ!

Great Hotel in Santorini
Our family stayed at Onyx Hotel and Suites for one night after landing late and before early morning ferry. The hotel was very nice with a large room that easily fit all four of us. The location is in the middle of Santorini with views of the surrounding villages (no caldera view). Restaurants are within walking distance - Katerina's was very good. The pool was big with sparkling lights at night. The staff was excellent with them proactively providing us yogurt, granola, croissants, and spreads the night before since we were leaving before the breakfast, and providing a bottle of wine on arrival. I would definitely recommend if wanting to stay in a relatively less expensive hotel with all of the amenities or after first visit to Santorini and wanting to stay away from the caldera crowds.

We had a great time at Onyx hotel. The property was clean, stocked with all necessities, and breakfast was delicious. We arrived early and they were able to accomadate us and provide the room earlier than scheduled. The hotel is walking distance to Thira which was convenient. Superb hotel highly recommended
Superb hotel situated about 25 min walk outside of Fira in Karterados Rooms spotless with all amenities you can set up the TV to sign into your Netflix and Prime. Breakfast choice was great and quality excellent. Nothing was too much trouble from any of the staff and the welcome bottle of wine was a nice surprise. If I had any feedback it would be more hooks to hang the towels in the bathroom very minor loved our stay

All of the staff was very nice and accommodating! Tamta decorated my room so beautifully to commemorate my birthday, which I greatly appreciated! Manolis, the owner, was very hands-on and pleasant. Onyx was a wonderful find for me and my son’s first visit to Santorini. The accommodations were very comfortable and the hospitality was incredible. The location is within walking to several restaurants, bars and stores. The resort is a short drive to the main highlights of the island. The hosts of the property were extremely accommodating and helped us with anything we wanted to know about the island, recommended restaurants and activities. I highly recommend Onyx and will certainly stay there again if I am fortunate enough to visit Santorini again :)

Katia is an absolute sweetheart, she is the owner of this beautiful location. I highly recommend to book this stay. You have both sides of the view mountains and all the white homes that we all travel to see. We booked an extra stay every single day because we just weren’t ready to go, this place felt like home.

Amazing hotel for couples
This new, family-owned hotel was everything we wished for our holidays. It was centrally located, easy to access and luxurious. 3 Stars Hotel that felt like 4 or even 5 Stars
Amazing experience, great staff. We were one of the first guests in the hotel as it opened less than a month ago. We had a clean and nice hot tub in our room, the views were amazing and the swimming pool looks very good at night time. The service is very good.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Alles sieht genau so wie auf den Bildern aus. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet. Am besten hat unser der Whirlpool gefallen. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
