DO NOT HESITATE! Book RIGHT NOW! This property in Mykonos made our vacation 100x better. The locations is perfect! Close to Mykonos town but away to get that piece and quiet. Very easy to commute, close to a beautiful town and the bus stop. Thenasis, the property owner was an angel! He assisted us with everything and was BEYOND KIND. This property was cleaned and well maintained! BOOK RN!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with booking quad bikes and also travelling around. Close to local supermarkets and cafes as well as beaches. The pool and room were great, would definitely recommend this property

Thanasis, is literally so wonderful. I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed my stay here! He was so helpful to get us a rent a car within a half an hour from a reliable company who certainly did not overcharge. Thanasis even went as far as making sure we had our morning coffee delivered to our room each day we stayed! Gave so many suggestions and pointed us in the right direction for everything we needed. Thank you again!

Fantastic .. and so friendly! It’s about a 20 minute drive from the main shopping, food and nightlife, which is wonderful if that’s not your scene. They’ve made it incredibly easy to rent a car, which I highly recommend for this location. The process is simple. You pick a vehicle from a front desk brochure and it’s brought to you within the hour. They are relatively cheap and if you can drive a stick even better deals are to had. The place is rustic and yet clean and extremely well maintained. It can get very gusty in Mykonos so it’s nice that some of the buildings around the pool shield you from it. Highly recommend!

Really lovely stay at Olive - we had a Superior Villa which was very spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. Ideally I would have liked some sunbeds on our terrace, we only had a table and chairs. Great communication and lovely, friendly staff. Would be better suited to those with a car / bike - we did not and, although the Ano Mera was only a ten min walk away, we were a bit too remote for our needs because taxis were ££££!

Very clean hotel in Mykonos with friendly staff. Keep in mind, the hotel is away from the beaches and party scenes. So, if you need to get somewhere, you’ll need a taxi. However, if you ask the manager for a “transfer” in advance, he will make transportation arrangements for you. He was able to make arrangements for me prior to my airport departure which was great. Overall, nice, quiet, and clean spot in Mykonos!

Fantastic property, I think only around 10 villas all beautifully designed and very comfortably furnished! Our villa ( #2) had a large outside, furnished terrace, spacious inside accommodation with kitchen area - hob, coffee maker, fridge and all the amenities needed. Large very comfy bed, Loads of wardrobe/storage space and a super luxury shower room! All kept immaculately clean and tidy by Vasiliki, who worked tirelessly to ensure everything was spotless!! Very relaxing and enjoyable stay! The property manager, Thannasis was always on hand to help with any questions and give advice on places to visit, restaurants, local information and really, just a great guy! Highly recommend Olive Mykonos villas and can’t wait until we can return, hopefully in September!

Thanasis, the manager was very courteous and friendly. Property was completely open to all sceneries. The view was very good. Rooms were clean and nice. Food delivery options are close by. Overall great experience. Will surely recommend this property.

Relaxing stay at this villa. We enjoyed walking to several beaches and being able to take the bus to mykonos town. Lots of nice places to eat and shop in Ano Mera as well. We loved our stay here

Great experence
We stayed for just one night but we were very impressed with our stay in our family studio. Everything was of a very high standard and comfortable. The location is very peaceful, a short walk from Ano Mera which is a small but pretty town with a lovely square surrounded by restaurants. About 15 mins in a Taxi from the airport/port. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us lots of tips for local places to eat and not minding a bit that we were checking in very late after a delayed flight. I would recommend - thank you!

Could ask for more! Great villa and host
We have just returned back from an 8 night stay at Olive Mykonos Villas. We can not fault the place, we absolutely loved it! Thanosis, the host, greeted us after our delayed flight with a big smile and talked us through everything. Throughout our stay he was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. He helped make the holiday a fab experience! The maid was also very friendly and cleaned our room everyday and made us feel very welcome. The villas are in an ideal location, as long as you have a car or some sort of transport. Everything is only 15 minutes away of the whole island! Personally we love to explore where we stay however If you decide against a car there is a supermarket, restaurants and bars only 5 minutes walk away at Ano Mera square. We had number 1, the junior suite which had a double bed, a small sofa, a kitchenette and a shower room. The outside space is lovely, with an outside dining table and bean bag style sofa to lounge on in the morning sun! The villa was also surrounded in beautiful flowers including lots of sunflowers, stunning. We cooked pretty much each night which was easily done on the 4 ring ceramic hob. We are already looking into when we can return and bring our friends.. we may have to splash out on the luxurious villa with private pool that can sleep 6 people. Thanasis, the property manager was fantastic. We can’t say enough good about him. He made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. The rooms were nice too. If you can afford it, get the large villa with the private pool! If not, do as we did and get a standard room. The property is in a quiet peaceful location a bit of a distance from the city center. Take a bus or taxi to town and then come back to peace and serenity. There is a beach in walking distance and the small restaurant that delivers is quite good.

My friend and I stayed in Olive Mykonos Villa for 5 days and we are thoroughly impressed! Thanasis was an amazing host, great communication and made us feel like we were right at home! We 100% want to come back and bring our friends and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a gorgeous interior design and affordable stay. If I have one complaint it would be that the location was a little far from town but definitely not a big enough complaint to rethink your stay here. We love this place! Thank you Thanasis!

Was worried when we arrived as the villa looked relatively isolated, however, its close to some of the nicest beaches on the island, as well as the town square with many nice restaurants. There's also a car hire company nearby that offered us a perfect quad bike for the week. Dream holiday

Far from everything!!
From the ferry to the hotel it was like 25 not counting the 10 minutes to get to the road. This place was built on like a farm there are no stores nothing in site. The place doesn't even have a pool. I was there for an hour and left.

Beautiful new apartments in a great quiet area. Worth hiring a car to get around. Apartment had excellent finishes and perfect bed. When booking ensure that you understand what hotel room you booked. The amenities on the hotel booking state kitchen, stove, etc, this is why I booked it unfortunately our room only had a coffee maker and small fridge so we had to eat all our meals out of town. Still a great place and we will be back, but will book the apartment kitchen

Our stay here was what made the entire trip so extremely memorable. The rooms were absolutely adorable, the manager Thanasis was so wonderful, and everything was so amazing and fun. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to take a beautiful relaxing vacation in Mykonos. The island is easy to get around on if you rent a car or scooter/ATV. We rented an ATV and found that the Olive Mykonos Villas were perfectly situated right in the center of the island, so access to amazing beaches and tourist spots were all only 15 minutes (or less) of a drive away. This place is also situated very closely to an AMAZING bakery, just ask the manager and he will definitely tell you how great this place is... Try the homemade ice cream bars... you won't regret it! Please, if you are looking to stay in Mykonos, support this wonderful family owned and operated villa. :) Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful spot a bit off the beaten track. We rented an atv and scooted all around the island with ease. It was really nice to have a full kitchen available. Staff was fantastic.
