It’s a peaceful and beautiful place. The flowers and view of the ocean are reason enough to stay but everything else was just as wonderful. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe here. 10/10

Boutique hotel style with pool and outside bar overlooking ocean. Rooms had balcony view of ocean to sit and relax. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bus stop is walkable. Small rocky beach is walkable.

We had the best experience staying at this hotel! The rooms are spacious, pool is perfect to start off your day and the service is even better. Marcella in particular went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Many people flag the hill, but it is a short walk up and down close to a bus stop and a taxi can take you to the top. Can’t wait to visit again!

Great value for money. Stunning views. Very peaceful. The rooms are like new and the grounds are spotlessly clean and well looked after. Towels await you on the sun beds which surround the beautiful pool. Worth staying just outside skiathos town for.

The hotel was perfect! Exactly what you see on the hotel pictures but even nicer. Staff were excellent and knew all local information always there to help any time of the day! The pool and bar was everything we needed and very clean. The breakfast was perfect every morning and had a wide selection to pick from! The hotel rooms are clean and modern, beds were comfy, balcony was lovely and air con worked well! Could go on about how amazing our stay was, would definitely stay again here! Location was great too, 15 min walk to Skiathos town.

Free WiFi, air con, safe usage and pool towels, lot of hotels are charging for this extras. Very complete breakfast with lot of choice included in the price. Staff members very helpful specially the 2 receptionists, they were very happy to help and gave very good suggestions about restaurants and bars. A relaxing and familiar atmosphere

The best place in Skiathos
Things you need to know: 20 min walk to Skiathos town or 8 euros in a taxi. Amazing views. Awesome staff. Comfortable beds (the comfiest we have ever slept on in all of Greece). Nice pool area with drinks bar including cocktails. Big rooms with big showers. Spotlessly clean (maids come every day with clean towels. They also mop, and HOOVER your room and bathroom every day). There's nothing not to like.

We had a huge room with an amazing view. The room was very clean and had a big balcony. The staff were really friendly and it seemed like they were really enjoying doing their jobs. The pool was nice and the whole hotel is located close to beach and bus stop. Wifi was quite poor and only worked sometimes. Breakfast was ok. The a/c took quite a while to cool the whole room. In general, we had a great time at Irida and would definitely come back.

Peaceful setting, overlooking the Aegean sea
We had an amazing time at Irida hotel. the proximity to the beach and to Skiathos town (you need a car though).The superb view we had from our balcony and the overall look of this resort, especially from the pool deck and restaurant. Nice breakfast daily and very accommodating and helpful Christina at reception. She is a true gem! We had a Memorable stay and highly recommended

If I went back - wouldn't stay here.
It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the downtown area from this hotel. It is easily accessible by the city bus (@ Stop 5) and then a 2 to 3 minute walk to property. Bus cost $1.60 per person which is reasonable. We found that it was easier to rent a car for a day so we could stop anywhere that looked interesting and avoid having to wait for the bus. Most of the properties we have booked, the staff have always been very friendly; however at this property we felt as if we were imposing on the management. We had a breakfast buffet daily that was included in our room price. The area where they offer food is not air conditioned nor has any ceiling fans and it was extremely humid and uncomfortable to sit and eat. Our suite which was air conditioned had a wonderful eating area and we chose to take food back to the room to be comfortable, but were scolded for bringing food (the dishes) there. Not sure what the problem was as there was also a kitchen where we could have prepared our own food. If management doesn't want guest to take food to their rooms, signage should indicate this. Also, would suggest posting multiple pictures of possible rooms as what is shown on site was not at all what we had.

Hotel is 'OK' but staff were not helpful when trying to sort a taxi, which we had ordered night before then again had to order another.... 4 times. We had a flight to catch. It was not there fault but the attitude was just a shrug of shoulders and only acted when I was being forceful! We found that this was a general attitude on the island. There is no bar, but had a fridge with a few items in. Facilities were minimal. There is a breakfast Buffet which was good, but be aware of the cats who try to jump on your laps while eating! The beds were very hard, so none of us slept.

Hotel très bien situé, parking sur place très bien. Piscine très bien. Personnel sympathique. Un peu d'aide pour monter les valises aurait été bien. Petit déjeuner continental sans plus et sans moins. Assez cher par rapport aux prestations. État de la plomberie à revoir, les WC se sont bouchés même si nous n'avons pas mis de papier dedans ce qui est à proscrire. La partie abandonnée au dessus de l'hôtel pourrait être cachée

Localização perfeita, vista linda!
Gostamos imenso dos dias que passamos em Skiathos, no Irida Aegean View. O hotel está bem mantido, as casas de banho foram reformadas, os quartos são espaçosos e a maioria tem vista para o mar---Recomendo optar por um desses quartos). Por termos ido durante a pandemia de Covid 19, o café da manhã (farto e variado) estava a ser servido individualmente e os funcionários foram todos atenciosos e simpáticos. A piscina tem boas espreguiçadeiras, serviço de bar e toalhas que podem ser levadas para a praia. Há uma praia a menos de 5 minutos de caminhada do hotel (Serviço de Beach Club disponível: 2 cadeiras e chapéu de sol por 7 Euros). Skiathos Town fica a menos de 10 minutos de carro do hotel e também há parada de ônibus próxima.

Hotellet og de som jobber der er fantastiske. Men vi ble veldig skuffet over at de var så langt vekke fra byen. På kartet står det at det er rett ved ett hotell ved stranden, men dette ligger langt ute pluss det er en forferdelig lang og tung bakke opp til hotellet. Men veldig rent hotell. God frokost .

Utsikten var väldigt fin. Lite tråkig och väl trafikerad väg för att promenera in till staden. Beachen nedanför är inte så värst rolig, men hyr en moppe och ta er runt till andra mysiga stränder.

Hotel in Strandnähe, aber steiler Aufstieg.
Leider kein Kofferservice für 64 Stufen, die zurückgelegt werden mussten. Ansonsten einfaches Hotel mit einfachem Frühstück und einer extrem lästigen Katze. Die Zimmer sind wohl renoviert, geräumig und nett eingerichtet, aber überhaupt keine Ablagefläche im Bad. Wir hatten das letzte Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk, gegenüber dem 'Putzraum', der Tag begann dort leider bereits recht früh. Entschädigt hat ein schöner Blick zum Meer. Fußweg in die Stadt eine knappe halbe Stunde, man kann den Weg auch komplett am Strand laufen. Bushaltestelle ziemlich direkt am Hotel. Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. An der Bar waren nicht immer alle Getränke vorhanden.

Mysigt hotell lite avsides från stan.
Vi har inget att klaga på om servicen på hotellet. Sängarna är bra. Tyst och stilla då det ligger lite off. Taxi från stan 8 Euro. Hotellets egen transfer 7 Euro om den är ledig. Personalen ordnade så att moden som vi hyrde levererades och hämtades på hotellet.

hübsches hotel, strandnah mit meerblick
die hauptstraße ist vom hotel aus zu hören, allerdings in erträglichem maße. außerdem haben alle hotels auf dieser (der erschlossenen) seite der insel dieses "problem" da aufgrund der steil ansteigenden berge generell straßennah gebaut wurde. und im vergleich kommt dieses hotel was den verkehrslärm angeht schon ziemlich gut weg. (hanglage/meerblick aus den zimmern)
