I booked this hotel 2 months ago before my honeymoon. And i received all the confirmation for the reseveration! Expedia also sent me email and mentioned it i do not need to call and confirm. HOWEVER, when i am in Santorini, i was trying to go this hotel... it does nkt have exact location on the website. In that moment, i believed that was just a communication problem. Yet, when i tried to call the hotel, an extremely rude receptionist said, "there is no exact address, and what is ur name?" After i gave her the name, she said there is no reseveration for me at all. And asked, "how much did you pay? " well.. i already paid in full 2 months ago.... then, i tried to call exoedia, the customer service kind of helpful, and tried to call the hotel... but they still gave a blurred address.... and i was driving around in firatown and asked for help l.. but no one knows the hotel.. anyway.. about 2 hrs later, we got help by a local rental car company, (thr owner of the rental shop spoke to thr hotel and told us the manager will pick up), ankther 5 mins later, a gentleman came and brought to the hotel. Yoi know what, the funniest thing is he brought to another hotel!!! And he told us the Fira Deep Blue Suites contacted him and asked him to pick us up without any reason.. seriously, i do not know what happened.. and of coz i do not have any other choices but stay in the hotel that was not my choice at all!
