We had a great stay at Hotel Eltina! The hotel is extremely close to the beach, and about a 25 minute walk from old town Rethymno.

Great location 2 blocks from the beach, walking distance to restaurants/shops, and next door to a large grocery store. The pool was lovely and never crowded. The staff was very friendly and happy to answer questions. The breakfast was AMAZING, and I looked forward to it each morning. The laundry facilities were easy to use. Clean, spacious room with very comfortable bed and pillows. Cute cafe table and chairs on the balcony as well as a drying rack. One tiny drawback: the wifi was spotty in our room, and we had problems maintaining a connection. (It was fine in the lobby and at the pool.)

Wonderful!
Genuinely one of the best places I’ve stayed in. Close to beaches, restaurants, bars and a supermarket. It’s about a 30 minute walk from the hotel to the old town, but the walk along the waterfront is lovely, and there’s also a bus stop across the road which is super convenient (you can buy bus tickets directly from the hotel reception). I walked home alone late at night, and never felt unsafe in the area. It was, however, the staff that were the standout for me - they were so friendly and accommodating, and really made me feel welcome (especially as a solo female traveller) - they went above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable. I will definitely be returning!!

The staff was amazing! They went out of their way to help us in anyway they could. Awesome breakfast with lots of variety. Would definitely stay there again.

Quick pleasant stay at Eltina

Good value for this grade of hotel.
Two minutes walk to beach and one minute to supermarket. Old town twenty five minute walk but hotel on bus route. Buses every twenty minutes. Hotel has a lift to upper floors. Greek style breakfast with eggs (3 ways), cold meats and cheese available. Also cereal, fresh fruit and yoghurt and some pastries and cake. Room clean and comfortable with modern en-suite. Limited car parking but free parking available in side street adjacent to hotel.

Dejligt hotel/lejlighedsværelse og meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Vi havde booket en af de store lejligheder og en mindre lejlighed. Den store lejlighed levede fint op til billeder, der var meget plads i opholdsstuen og et stor soveværelse og badeværelse. Jeg savnede dog hylder i klædeskab til tøj - der var kun en bøjlestang og to små skuffer. Det var anderledes i den mindre lejlighed, hvor der var fint med hyldeplads. Den store lejlighed havde to altaner - den mindre én. Morgenmad: et fint udvalg og lidt variation hver dag. Godt i forhold til græsk standard. Mulighed for at bestille lufthavnskørsel, som afregnes direkte med chauffør. Dejlig sandstrand to minutters gang fra hotellet. Pool ser større ud på billeder end den reelt er. Mange restauranter og barer i nærheden og et supermarked lige ved siden af hotellet. Det lille værelse lugtede lidt af mug/jordslået værelse 108, men ellers var vi meget tilfredse med vores ophold.

Très bien
Nous avons passé 19 nuits , séjour agréable , bonne literie et un merci tout particulier à Irini qui est une personne solaire et d une extrême gentillesse, a chaque fois que nous avons fait une demande , elle nous a donné entière satisfaction. Propreté rien à dire , très bien. Petit bémol , la circulation que l on entend beaucoup .

Trevlig familj som ägde hotellet. Mycket hjälpsamma med allt. Nyrenoverade och fina rum. Städningen var mindre bra. Smutsigt på golvet även efter städningen, tvål ej påfyllt. Hotellet ligger nära stranden. Tar ca 15 min att promenera in till Rethymnon stad. Frukosten var jätte bra. Poolen och poolområdet behövde fräschas upp.

Palvelu aivan omaa luokkaansa
Hotelli oli siisti ja huoneet hyvätasoiset suhteutettuna esim. tähtiluokitukseen. Olemme yleensä aina vähintään kolmen tähden hotelleissa. Aamiainen oli sekä aikuisten että lasten mieleen. Supermarket oli naapurissa ja rannalle lyhyt kävelymatka. Naapurustossa oli monia mukavia ravintoloita. Myös bussipysäkki oli lähellä, joten keskustaan matkustaminen oli helppoa ja edullista. Vastaanotosta sai ostaa bussilippuja. Se mikä erottaa Eltinan muista hotelleista oli kreetalaisittainkin erinomainen palvelu. Se oli pyyteettömän sydämellistä. Saimme mukaamme myös hyviä vinkkejä loppulomallemme, jonka vietimme etelärannikolla.

Bel hôtel.
Appartement supérieur très bien, spacieux et belle décoration. Piscine pas très grande mais il y avait peu de personnes donc bien profité. Personnel très sympa et agréable, qui prend le temps de nous expliquer ce qu'il y a a visité dans les environs. Ils nous ont même prêté des jeux de plage laquelle se trouve au bout de la rue. Supermarché juste en face de l'hôtel. Très bien!

Trevligt litet familjehotell. Stort engagemang och trevlig personal. Fina och modernt inredda superior-rum, med något begränsad köksutrustning. Nära till strand och restauranger, cirka 20 minuters promenad till gamla stan.

Проживал в данном апартотеле с 24.06.19 по 04.07.19. Был 2х комнатный улучшенный номер на 3 этаже с видом на магазин и боковым видом на море. В целом сам отель очень понравился - два балкона, хорошая, не убитая мебель, чисто, убирают каждый день, белье меняли раз в 2 дня, персонал приветливый (по вечерам на ресепшен рускоговорящая девушка Дана), хороший бассей, кондиционеры в каждой комнате. Есть достаточный на 4 набор посуды (по запросу могут дать доп), чайник, двухконфорочная панель, фен, сейф на ресепшен (не знаю платно или нет), кто не хочет платить за шезлонги на пляже, могу брать в гостинице пляжные зонты. В 1 шаге один из самых дешёвых (если так можно сказать) супермаркет SYNKA. Из небольших и не критичных для меня минусов: пыльные шторы, нет мокроволновки (есть мини духовой шкаф), нет стиралки в номере (общая на 1 этаже), нет утюга в номере (дают доску и утюг на ресепшен по запросу с возвратом), рядом идёт несколько строек (в целом не напрягает, просто эстетически не очень). В целом, с учётом цены 72 т.р. за 10 дней на 4х я апартаментами доволен на 9 из 10. По пляжу могу порекомендовать пляж напротив отеля Medusa, минут 5 налево от Eltina (8 евро за 2 лежака и зонт), там хороший вход в воду и не глубоко (удобном с детьми), можно даже немного поплавать при небольшом волнении моря (мне не повезло, 6 дней из 10 дней штормило). Из кафе рекомендую Medeterenian (по набережной 2 мин от Eltina), довольно вкусно и недорого (кафе рядом с eltina - Aris Mari не рекомендую).

Хочу поделиться прекрасными впечатлениями от Ретимно и от отеля!! Жили мы в номере с 1й спальней. Номер на 2м этаже 203. Мебель обычная, в хорошем состоянии. В спальне 2 односпальные кровати но они были сдвинуты и получилась большая 2я кровать. В большой комнате диван, который трансформируется в 2ю или 1ю кровать - не очень удобный, но терпимо. 2 балкона. Дали сушилку для вещей, утюг и доску. На кухне духовка, чайник и 2х комфорочная плита. Из утвари: 1 большая кастрюля, ковш, салатница. Ложек и вилок хватило. Есть небольшой но вместительный холодильник с морозилкой. Уборка через день, но бывало и реже. Полотенец давали много, белье чистое. Местоположение 2я линия, до пляжа 5 мин!! По скольку мы жили там месяц , то успели познакомиться с хозяевами и работниками. Прекрасные гостеприимные люди. На день рождения поставтли бутылку вина и фрукты. Рядом магазин с мясом, и плюс огромный супермаркет! Есть бассейн с лежаками. В целом было все прекрасно! Всем рекоммендую!!

Appartement correct, un peu vieillot. Le plus est sa situation proche de la mer. Le centre ville un peu plus éloigné se rejoint facilement par l'esplanade.
