As always the staff were super accommodating. All you have to do is ask and they make every effort to accommodate your requests. The rooms are great, the pool is clean and warm. A super find. Clean, simple, affordable accommodation with fantastic charm.

Great experience
We absolutely loved it. It was 6 of us – 4 adults and 2 children in two independent units. Children loved the pool and pool area. We were on the first floor literally across from the pool, which was very convenient and not noisy at all. The beach is about 600 m away and about 10 minute walking. When I booked hotel I was a bit concerned the HWY is between hotel and the beach, so I thought we had to cross HWY to get to the beach but this is addressed quite nicely, by tunnel that is built under highway. The grocery store was only about 100m away. Big grocery store called Lidle is about 600m away.Convenience store in the hotel had basic stuff that was sufficient if you needed something right there, such as bread, bottled water, coffee milk, some cold cuts, and pool accessories if children were in need. Very well organized. Small kitchenettes had dishes that were sufficient for some basic meals we cooked and prepared. The cleaning staff came every second day. What I really appreciated is honesty people displayed, we were on holiday and not concerned with much, electronic devices kids were using were allover beds, tables, sometimes on the floor, sometimes money would be left in the open and visible but nothing was touched. Overall we really enjoyed, and would go back there again.

Je souhaite que votre service client me contacte car contrairement à votre contrat qui stipulait que le prix de base de l'appartement loué était bien pour 4 personnes (nous étions 3), j'ai eu la désagréable surprise de devoir payer pour "une personne supplémentaire" la somme de 144€ ! C'est inadmissible.

Un piacevole soggiorno breve
L’hotel è molto carino, pulito e confortevole. La piscina è stata decisamente utile in giorni di vento e mare inaccessibile, è ben tenuta e vicino al bar interno. Le note dolenti sono essenzialmente due la colazione è molto limitata, i prodotti sono principalmente confezionati e di qualità non eccelsa. Allo stesso tempo la cucina presente in ogni camera è molto sfornita, basterebbe aggiungere una padella in più e del detersivo e una spugna senza obbligare il cliente ad acquistarli nel mini market presente nell’hotel

Hôtel très bien situé un peu à l’écart du centre ville sans avoir les désagréments du bruit. Point positif hôtel récent très beau avec piscine chauffée et bar. Personnel très agréable, possibilité de se garer a l’intérieur de l’enceinte de l’hôtel (4 places). Point négatif pas de lit double en chambre de 4 personnes, literie un peu dure, petit déjeuner peu copieux. Accessible aux restaurants a pieds idéal !

J'ai adoré l'hotel, le personnel, la piscine... les 2 seules chose qui nous a contrarié est que la chambre était stipulé "vue sur jardin" alors qu'étant au premier étage, nous avons vue sur les voisins de l'immeuble d'en face qui eux même ne sont pas très discrets. Du coup sur notre balcon, pas d'intimité, nous étions obligés d'étaler nos serviettes de plage sur la barrière si nous voulions être un peu cachés. De plus, sur l'annonce, il était indiqué blanchisserie, à noter que c'est uniquement pour laver draps et serviettes. Pour laver notre propre linge, nous étions obligé d'aller dans un lavomatique dans réthymnon. Ces deux choses sont vraiment minimes par rapport au plaisir d'être dans cette hotel !!

Uitstekend verblijf gehad. Lekker zwembadje en vriendelijk receptie personeel. Bij het inchecken bleek er iets niet goed te zijn gegaan met de 2e kamer, maar dit is prima opgelost. Mensen met rugklachten zouden hier niet naartoe moeten. De bedden zijn net van beton zo hard. Iedere morgen werden we stijf wakker. Het bar personeel vonden wij ook niet al te vriendelijk, maar de rest van het personeel wel.

Hotel très loin du centre historique de Rethymnon (15 minutes en voiture)pas possible pieds. OK il a une grande piscine mais qui na aucune vue. Les chambres sont vieilles et vétustes, la climatisation inefficace et la salle de bain est très vétuste, Peu de pression sous la douche.

Las instalaciones están muy bien, el hotel está muy cuidado y la piscina está de lujo. El inconveniente principal es la ubicación, complicado de encontrar

Hôtel agréable mais si l'on veut dormir la nuit mieux vaut demander une chambre éloignée du bar car des clients bruyants ont vite fait de rendre le séjour invivable. L'accueil est aimablé. Par contre 3 places de parking seulement......et difficile de repérer l'hôtel,l'enseigne se trouvant en hauteur.

Останавливались на одну ночь, когда путешествовали по Криту. Отель понравился, чисто, уютно, большой бассейн. Кондей входил в стоимость. На ресепшн симпатичная девушка.)

A éviter si vous n'êtes pas un adepte du bronzing.
Beaucoup de touristes résident dans cet hôtel pour se reposer et ne recherche pas plus que le soleil. Cependant, c'est plus un club de bronzage qu'un vrai appart hôtel et les gens qui n'ont pas le même esprit sont plutôt mal vus. Je le déconseille à ceux qui connaissent et aiment la Crète.

2 journées pour visiter la ville. Oubli d'un portefeuille dans un magasin: intervention de la responsable de l'accueil auprès de la police, appel d'un taxi pour retourner en ville: le portefeuille est retrouvé: bravo merci... Petit-déjeuner copieux, varié et appétissant: très bien... Amabilité, sourires et disponibilité: encore bravo...

Stosunek jakości do ceny dobry,czyste,przestronne pokoje ,czysty basen,do plazy ok 15min.pomocny i uprzejmy personel,bezpłatne i bezproblemowe przedłużenie pobytu o kilka godzin(pózny wylot), dobre połączenie z miastem Rethymnon,-cena 1,2 euro osoba, Polecamy pokój 113,widok z balkonu na drzewa ale za to przyjemny w dzień jak i w nocy.

legg på soverom og stueVi stortrivdes, alt var kjempebra og vi kommer gjerne tilbake. REngjøring hver dag. Oppvaskmaskin, vaskemaskin, klima-anlegg på soverom og oppholdsom. alt var perfekt. Deilig utebasseng for småbarn og større barn og voksne. litt langt til sjøen, men ikke lenger enn at man kunne gå. kjekt med stor daglivare på hjørnet av hotellet med alt vi trang av tørrarer og ferskvarer og fersl fisk.
