Anemos Apartments is a family run hotel and it was the most comfortable experience for the two of us! Very well looked after by each and every member of staff who helped with anything Mykonos related! From recommendations of food spots, transportation and even recommendations of the best touristy parts of the island! Not to mention the hotel itself is very clean, tidy and very well looked after. We would definitely return to Anemos in the future!

Amazing property and location
Would highly recommend these apartments, absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean. The family that run this property are so lovely and friendly and make very tasty food at the pool bar. The whole grounds of the property and the pool area are very well kept. Would 100% stay at this place again. Great location 1 min walk to the beach, great places to eat nearby and easy access to buses and water taxi. Very reasonably priced accommodation and do not have anything bad to say about it at all

Great stay, thank you!
Great location being between two beaches, with many restaurants, bars/beach clubs only moments walk away, bus stop to town is at the end of the street and runs every 30min and takes about 10minutes. The service was good, the caretaker/owner was very friendly and sweet. The apartment is basic although clean, The only thing we felt could have been improved is the mattresses, they were quite uncomfortable, but overall it was fairly good value for money given the location by Mykonos standards.

Wonderful hotel!! The family was super friendly! Papi and Maria were super! The hotel is steps away from Ornos beach and the bus stop. It’s a quick bus ride to Mykonos town, for all the shops and clubs. There are a few nice restaurants really close as well and you can also you can hop on the water taxi to get to the beaches. I would definitely recommend it!

It was an amazing experience to stay at Anemos and Studios! Very close to Ornos Beach and public transportation. An amazing staff that made us feel very welcomed, and I have nothing but praise for this place

Awful. Very uncomfortable and not as described.
Why this place gets such good reviews I have no idea. I requested a quiet upstairs apartment with a double bed but we were given a downstairs room next to the pool and the bar with 3 single beds. The apartment in no way resembled the photos on the hotels.com. The lay out of the kitchen made it very difficult to prepare and cook food. The fridge was underneath a cupboard that jutted out so far you had to be very careful not to hit your head on it. The same cupboard also encroached on the entrance door to the room which made that area rather unsafe. The shower curtain did not enclose the shower tray and water soaked the toilet and the floor. The hot water ran out after one shower as the tank was very small. The beds were so hard it was impossible to sleep. The light from the air conditioner lit up the room like a disco light. There was not a plug for either the kitchen or the bathroom sink. The foot traffic noise from the room above was like a herd of elephants roaming around. Noise from the bar at night was annoying. We voiced our concerns to the property owner who was extremely unhelpful. We asked if it was possible to move and were told no as they were full. We asked how log we would have to wait to move and they dismissed us with a wave of the hand. They did not understand why we were unhappy and became very defensive when we asked if we could check out and get a refund. After 3 nights we abandoned our stay as it was so bad. We were unable to recover any of our money.

Very nice accomodations
This hotel was very nice. Rooms were large and comfortable. The location was the best, only a 2 minute walk to a very nice beach and restaurants and quad rentals. Very nice pool area and the staff is very nice. I would stay there again.

After a slightly uncomfortable first nights sleep, the staff changed our mattress and bedsheets without having to be asked to do so. Overall, we had a great stay at Anemos; the staff went out of their way to help us and make us feel comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, 2min walk to a really nice beach with good restaurant choice. There is a nice pool area, which is clean, private and in the sun all day. The room was big and spacious, and the hotel has quad / scooter rental available, easy to arrange and very useful!

Nice hotel close to ornos beach and the bus station that takes you into mykonos town. Theres a lovely pool. The hotel staff is amazing and treats you like family. I would return to this hotel next time I'm in Mykonos. Such friendly and helpful staff in a great location.

Good Greek accommodation
Phoned to confirm arrival times and arranged free transfers from the port and later to the airport. Good location near sunbed laden Ornos beach and the Kite surfing beach near by. Great local bus service to Mykonos and the more open Shirley Valentine beach . Late July and August be prepared for a scramble to get a place on the buses and be prepared for the crowds.

Adobe apartments in ornos
Nice clean, quiet, individual apartments near ornos beach. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to other travellers looking for a quiet apartment styled accommodation owned and run by a very nice family. The apartments are private, clean and spacious. The rooms have a small kitchenette for those wanting to cook meals, however we didn't find this necessary with a wide selection of restaurants just up the road to choose from (who cooks on holiday?) there was good air conditioning, a small balcony and good wifi everywhere. The pool was clean and modern with loungers.

I spent two days at the Anemos Apartments, either side of a sailing holiday. The staff were lovely and made me feel very welcome. I spent much of my time relaxing by the pool. There is a small bar/snack bar poolside with prices comparable to what you'd get in-town, so there is little need to leave the complex if you so desire! The rooms had a television which featured the BBC World News channel, which was a welcome link home for a British person who had been without news for a week! Location-wise, the apartments are in the village of Ornos, close to Ornos beach and about 30 minute walk to Myknonos town along slightly scary cliff-side roads. Buses run approximately every hour in daytime. There is a mini-Super Market right next door, and a couple of eateries within easy walking distance. A taxi from the airport cost 15 Euro.

Just got back from 2 wks at Anemos apartments. Couldn't fault them. The family who run them are great - so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean. Food from the snack bar is tasty, freshly prepared and - for Mykonos - reasonably priced. We thought the best restaurant in Ornos was Porto Ornos next to the beach though we had excellent meals everywhere we tried. Ornos beach is very busy - try the Shirley Valentine beach a short bus ride away for a quieter experience. Mykonos is expensive but very beautiful.

Very nice studio apartments. Great location right on Ornos beach. Supermarket, laundry , 24hr bakery very easy walking distance. Nice laidback, unobtrusive but helpful staff!

Lovely Place to stay
We only had 2 nights in Mykonos, but enjoyed our time at Anemos. It is a low-key, but beautiful place and the family that runs it is absolutely wonderful. We didn't go to the beach in Ornos, so I can't really comment on that. It felt a bit far from other happening places of the island, but if you rent a car or bike, that shouldn't be a problem. They also provided a free shuttle to the port on our departure day.

Accueil super sympatique. Propreté irréprochable. Piscine avec transats. Places de parking. Bien situé pour visiter l'île. Bref tres contents de notre séjour. Dommage que l'accueil du standard d'hôtel.com ne soit au même niveau. Nous étions pourtant des fidèles de ce site avec plus de 20 nuitées par an. Nous reviendrons à cet hôtel mais en passant desormais par un autre site

Petit séjour sur Mykonos, hôtel est bien situé avec bus à proximité pour la ville ou bateau pour rejoindre différentes plages. Supermarket juste à côté de l’hôtel ainsi que plusieurs restaurant. Propriétaire sympathique.

Poppy fue encantadora con nosotros. Llegamos de noche al apartamento, algo tarde, y nos recibió muy amablemente. Siempre amable y con una sonrisa. La ubicación de los apartamentos es ideal. La playa a 2 minutos caminando, alquiler de vehículos a escasos metros, etc... Sin duda, repetiríamos.

Genialer Urlaub mit Sohnemann
Wunderschöne familiär geführte Hotelanlage mit sehr freundlichen Besitzern. Frühstücksauswahl von Karte, die eine große Auswahl bietet... Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Einziges Manko- Federkernmatratze- man spürt leider die Federkerne durch.. Gehört dringend erneuert!
