Quarto agradável e com ótimo chuveiro e cama. Ar condicionado excelente. Não tomamos café da manhã porque custa 14 euros por pessoa. Fica a cerca de 1 km da estação central de Graz. Silencioso.

Friendly hotel near centre
Really friendly staff, good value breakfast. Easy to find and overall htoel is in good shape. Rooms are quite basic and probably need a refresh but but clean and comfortable in any case.

When I arrived to Jufa, the rooms were not at all what the pictures looked like online. Many things were missing, the amenities were nonexistent.

Good for the price and walking distance from town.
Not in the pretty part of town but only 15 minutes walk. The hotel is good inside with easy parking and good size room. Overall we were happy here.

Great!
central, clean, 24 hour bar with snacks for eating after a late arrival and the staff were so so helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Home Away from Home
JUFA Hotel was a fantastic base to discover the city of Graz. It provided superb comfort, lots of space, excellent meals and friendly hospitality at a very reasonable price. Staff were fantastic in answering your questions. Easy walking distance to major sites.

Clean and modern hotel a bit out of the center but a 15 min walk from the edge of Innere Stadt. The neighborhood is a bit run-down but I didn't feel unsafe. The AC in the room didn't work but I didn't bother the staff with it. I just used the windows because it was a room in a quiet corridor. There is no phone in the room so I couldn't have called the desk anyhow. One sweet hostess working the bar didn't seem to know much about the beverage selection or how to make drinks they offer but everyone on staff was very pleasant.

Very good price ratio hotel
The stay in Jufa was very relaxing, hotel is 15 minutes walk to the city center. Location is quite. Breakfast was very good, you can have it also outside when weather is good. In the lobby there is a big variety of board games, which you can play, so you cannot get bored:)

very affordable
I chose this hotel because the rate was very cheap and it is within walking distance of both the train station and old city. The neighborhood itself is poor, but Austria is such a safe country that it isn't anything to worry about walking through. The hotel has nice common areas and a good breakfast. The hotel is situated in a courtyard of sorts, so it is like a little oasis with parking away from the street and trees and grass which make it a peaceful place to hang out. The climbing wall is an intriguing feature, although I did not use it. My only complaint is that the bed in my single room had a thin mattress and unsupportive pillows.

For the price they ask it is very good hotel. The breakfast is good, you have a good selection of the food. I booked a single room with toilet and shower. It was good although I would say that it could be clean a bit better for example the space between a bed and a wall was dirty ;). However, the towels and trash bins were changed everyday. It's 10-15 minutes walk to the city center, which was totally fine to me as well.

A good place to stay and good price
The hotel is undergoing some renovations when I was there. The hotel staff were very nice and answered any and all of my questions. You are in a city area so there are some places to go see while staying here. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Nice Surprise
We did a last minute reservation for this hotel. The price was right and the pictures looked okay. When we saw the road sign for it, we were not too sure about our choice. The parking lot (gated) was full, and we parked around the building. Since it was way past midnight, it was a little bit spooky. All the discomfort disappeared when we stepped inside. The receptionist was welcoming despite the late hour, the lobby was bright and attractive. My husband and I were accompanied by our adult children (18 and 22). Our room was very clean, and the bed and sofa beds were comfortable. The only negative part in the room was the lack of extra bath towels. However, since our reservation was last minute I can understand that. The hotel serves breakfast from 8 to 10. They have ample indoor and outdoor seats. This was one of the best breakfast spread I've had in a hotel since the Four Seasons in Jakarta --not as crazy, but then it wasn't Four Seasons' prices either. We've been on the road for 2 weeks and have slept in 4 hotels so far; in four different countries. This one was definitely the best.
