Room was clean and quiet, it was a lil to cold even with heater on. Extra blanket would have been nice to have. Overall great stay.

The room was clean - and very nice. The staff (front desk) very nice, friendly. Unfortunately the entire experience was ruined and I’ll never go back to that location. Our room was literally a stone’s throw away from the major I-5 off/on ramp into and out of town. The traffic noise was constant, obnoxious, and loud. Adding insult to injury the walls are paper thin so in addition to the non stop traffic I got to enjoy the loud ass t.v. And even louder conversations from the room next to us literally all.night.long. Absolutely horrible. Do yourself a favor and go one street further up to the holiday inn express

Staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to give me suggestions of what to do and see in the areas I’m heading. She gave me suggestions of where to eat and another Best Western to stay at closer to my destination as I travel down the coast. I enjoyed the hot tub after a long day on the road.

Unfortunately when we were checking in, there were about 5 other families ahead of us so it took longer than usual. The few stairs available, and the distance we had to travel to stairs and to room were difficult. next time we'll ask for ground floor and it'll be better. stayed at this property before, good & reliable.

I'd stay there again.
I liked the location... about a 20 min. walk to downtown. Decent breakfast, friendly staff, felt safe, convenient location. Clean and quiet. Nice to have pool/hot tub.

The staff, breakfast, pool and jacuzzi were excellent. The only negative is that the property is a little dated - the bathroom doesn't have enough outlets and the towel rack is on the wrong side of the counter. Overall experience was great and would stay there again.

Everyone on staff was friendly, efficient and went beyond the call of duty when needed. We were very pleased with every detail of this uncomplicated and yet warmly sophisticated home for the night.

Our beds were comfortable. I am happy to have had the refrigerator and microwave, both, in our room. I enjoy the extra amenities like the breakfast, pool and hot tub. All the hotel staff were very nice!

This is my Go-To hotel every time I commute to CA from WA. It is a great half way stop over. I usually have to take a utility trailer along with my large Ram truck and they can accommodate my parking needs and security too. Great staff and care.

The first room we got the air conditioner didn’t work. They did end up switching us rooms but that room was dirty. It had used towels in the bathroom, blood stain on the sheets and they were sold out of rooms so we couldn’t move. The next morning we used the outdoor pool, which we were told would have towels there. There were no towels and when I went to ask I was told they were in the dryer and would be out within half an hour. An hour later I went and asked again and was told the same thing. 2 hours later when my kids were ready to get out I went and asked for towels and again told they were in the dryer and would be out within half an hour. At that point my kids just air dried as we had to go.

STAY AWAY! BUGS!
We booked a stay here on our way to California since it was late and we had the worst hotel experience to date. We got there around 12am. There was a couple of things that happened. 1 - We we're given a room key to a room that someone was already in! We opened the door and the door wedge hit, made a loud clunk and someone yelled "HEY!!!" 2 - The second room we got was not cleaned, the soap was used and there were bugs all over the room! Even under the sheets, picture for your reference. Not sure what bugs they were. After all of this fiasco we were promised that we weren't going to be charged through hotels.com I waited a week and still saw the charge and had to call the hotel and hotels.com to get my refund. By far was the worst hotel my family has ever been to, what a disappointment considering we've always had luck at Best Western in the past. Never staying at another Best Western ever again!
