"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grange Manor. Friendly, helpful staff, especially Jean on reception.
We ate at the Cook's Bar and Kitchen restaurant during our stay. Great service and excellent food.

5/5 Excellent
"Parking was convenient, unlike many hotels in Great Britain. The airport shuttle was available if we had not had a rental car. Our room was lovely and comfortable, with efficient and friendly staff. This is a gorgeous hotel with excellent breakfast choices."
"Great hotel but been overcharged by£135 very easy to resolve but two very frustrating calls with the receptionist sent proof of overcharge and still said NOT asked 8 times to talk to a manager he said no manager so asked to talk to someone else and refused two calls over 1.5 hours still refused saying no one available again again and again absolutely terrible service and charged £405 when Expedia quoted £270"

"Great free breakfast. Close to airport with inexpensive shuttle. Convenient to Edinburgh by tram. We would stay again. The only complaint is that their are no USB ports in the room. "
