Breakfast option was good. Room is bigger and cleaner. Convertible Couch needs to be trashed, its so worn out, mattress is so dangerous,you can fall in. Noisy because hockey and soccer tournament were in town.

Terrible, no microwave in room, refrigerator way to small, charger outlet no work took several requests to get items fixed or room refreshed, I would not stay there.

This hotel was in poor condition it lacked many features a Fairfield Inn should have no microwave no clock The refrigerator was so small you could hardly fit anything in it I would not recommend this hotel nor would I stay in this hotel it's just a glorified Super8 it's not a typical quality Fairfield Inn

The staff were kind and friendly. Though the facility is pretty old but it is well maintained. The area is quiet and has los of places to visit for shopping books and clothes.

The front desk agent was friendly and knowledgeable. When getting to the room it was nice and comfortable… there were only 3 pillows per bed which is difficult when there are 4 people that sleep with 2 pillows each and there were only 3 towels and 3 washcloths when we had 4 people reserved to stay.

I was only there long enough to shower and sleep for 6 hours. I arrived after 9pm and left at 4:30 am. It was missing a hair dryer and a microwave otherwise it was great.

Staff were great. Hotel could use an update and better cleaning. Sheets were old, thin and stained. Parts of room and building were outdated and beat up. Normal wear and tear. Deep cleaning rooms every once and a while would help.

The hotel was difficult to find! We drove from O’Hare Airport for a 1 night stay. Visited Gerald Ford Presidential library the following day.

A very brief stay… arrived very late due to storm, had to get up extremely early for event, but thought it was a decent place to stay. It was quiet, and comfortable.

Overall, really nice staff and stay
Overall the hotel was fine. We didn't use the pool but it looked very clean. The hot tub was closed, thats too bad. The fitness center was perfect. The breakfast station was a bit messy. Maybe they were understaffed, but they seemed to have trouble keeping the counters clean and the food adequately stocked. Other than that, the room was clean and the customer service was really quite exceptional.
