I have stayed here many times. I am a ski patrol at Lutsen and I love the proximity. It was very quiet this time. The weather was very cold so I don't think the property was full. If it's full, and you have noisy people next door it can be loud but this time was very pleasant.

Clean, quiet- perfect for North Shore exploring.
Clean, comfortable rooms in a quiet location on Lutsen Mountain. Perfect for a friend getaway on the North Shore and a great jumping off point for visiting points north and south.

Amazing hotel near great hikes!
This hotel is amazing, it’s small, clean, well maintained. Customer service is outstanding, all personnel is really friendly. It has a small shop for convenient food.it was a very pleasant surprise. I will definitely come back!

Tranquil oasis
This must be the most peaceful hotel we have ever stayed at! Even though we didnt get to enjoy them, the Smoores pack was an added bonus and fire pit. The only thing we missed was breakfast and normal channels on TV. Lovely stay!!

Newer building, but, over priced, our microwave was broken, the beds are so hard we both ached. The shower had a leak behind into the wall by the bed and had been there awhile. No staff on duty overnight. No pool. No hot tub. No activities or guides arranged in The area like the neighboring property. A plus, it’s next to a delicious winery within walking distance

The area is lacking in restaurants, which makes me think they should consider providing a continental breakfast. Also, the T.V. programming offered was a case of quantity over quality. They did not provide any of the channels I typically watch.

The Mountain was really clean, cute but the rest is pretty plain. Staff aren’t really friendly. There isn’t really any amenities, no breakfast except for over priced frozen burritos. Free coffee after 7:30 I’m a early riser so it was pointless. There isn’t really any dining near the property

I noted I had to pull my room door firmly shut because I found it wouldnt lock by letting it automatically close behind me. It closed but wouldn't latch. I had went to get something out of my car and realized my room wasn't locked when I returned. A bit scary. I did like the little at cost convenience canteen. We arrived late and used it rather than going out to eat.
