I understand I get what I paid for, but the room we stayed need a serious repair. Shower knob was broken so we couldn't use the shower head. Dust everywhere, and towel has gray stains. I chose this place as we needed budget option to put our stuffs while we go on hiking but I wouldn't stay here again nor recommend my close friends to stay here.

The room is in the middle of refurb. No wood surround on front door. No skirting boards. Gaps around front door. Bedding and towels need replaced. Very old, discoloured, thin and very small towels.

I have never reviewed any of the numerous properties I have stayed at but the experience here was terrible. Paper thin walls, room smelt of smoke despite being a non smoking room, bath filled with water when showering due to plug being filled with hair, no tv remote, it took 3 attempts to get an extra pillow that was brown and the fellow on reception couldn’t find a pillow case! He told us only 2 pillows to a bed, even though website photos show 5 and the rooms next door had 3! The only positive for this accommodation was checking out!

Maybe you would stay in filthy hotel rooms with feces on the toilet lid, soiled towels, unsecurable doors, floor tiles loose and tripping folks when they enter the door, mildew on the shower curtain, and stained bedcovers… but I refuse to. You will demand that we recieve a FULL refund. We did not stay in those unacceptable rooms.

Do not stay here
My husband and live juat outside of town and decided to take a night in town and relax. We areived at the motel and check in was fine. We had a dog withnus and the listing on Hotels.com dis not say there would be an extra charge for a pet. We were assigned out room, drove to the bulifing to find we have to trudge through a small path cut into the snow. None of the paths on the 3 buildings were cleared of snow very well. The room was dirty, the beds were sagging, the ac unit would not go to a cool enough temp, the curtains were falling off the rail. It was bad
