Small comfortable room with balcony and beautiful view of the water. very small bed, but comfortable. Good breakfast, but weak wifi. Unfortunately, they aren’t seem to process all VISA cards - seems to depend on the country of issue.

good value for price
I like the convenience of this hotel for those of us with cars: it is in a quiet, residential area with lots of free parking nearby. It was a 4-block walk to the public beach, a longer 8-block walk to the ferry to nearby islands, and a short drive to the Old Town. All rooms face the lagoon and seeing the sea gulls in the lagoon in the morning or watching the sunset from your balcony are extra treats.

Schöne und preiswerte Unterkunft, verlängerung um eine Nacht völlig problemlos. Zimmer sehr hellhörig aber Sauber und ordentlich. Prima Frühstück. Zimmer zur Straße, ein toller Blick auf die Lagune aber leider sehr laut durch den Straßenlärm. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier nicht optimal untergebracht Für mich hat es aber gepasst

Buona posizione.
La struttura è sul mare, lato laguna, anche se la nostra camera si affacciava sul retro, su di una casa in semi stato di abbandono. Pochi posti auto, anche se a pochi metri di distanza sono disponibili posti auto gratuiti fronte mare. La distanza a piedi, dal mare "aperto", è di circa 5 minuti, dal centro storico 10.

The location is fine and general condition is good. Additionally ,the choices of breakfast are many. The only disadvantage is that the wall of room was so thin, I could hear every sound from next room....

Servicen var ok, men efter 4 overnatninger med nøjagtig det samme i morgebuffen, 2 slags pølser og 1 ligegyldig ost, så bliver det lidt trivielt, dog lidt scramble æg og kogte pølse med halvstegt bacon dog uden yderligere tilbehør. Det virkede ikke som om, at rengøringen var foretaget på værelset inden vi kom, der var lange sorte hår på gulvet som i hvert fald ikke var vores 🙂 det blev dog bedre på anden dagen.

Auf der Anlage der Unterkunft gab es keine Parkplätze. Max. 7(?) Fahrzeuge hätten dort Platz. Die Blaue Zone - gebührenpflichtig - ist gleich in der Nähe. Nach Osten gibt es aber die weiße Zone - gebührenfrei; Die Zimmereinrichtung ist zweckmäßig und ikl. Safe funktionstüchtig. Personal: nett, Frühstück: typisch italienisch, Lage: Spitze; Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Empfehlenswert.

Freundliches Personal- Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß noch gut zu erreichen. Zimmer und Frühstück sind für das nicht gerade preiswerte Grado preislich ok.

Positiv: Die Lage des Hotels ist gut - 5 min zum Strand und Anbindung zum Supermarkt. Spielplätze für Kinder sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht aus dem 3. Stock war z.T. auf das Meer. Negativ: Leider entsprach das Zimmer nicht ganz der Beschreibung aus der Buchung (Doppelstockbett anstatt 2 Einzelbetten für die Kinder, kein WLAN Empfang weil das Zimmer nicht in Reichweite des Routers lag, Zimmer nicht renoviert, so wie in anderen Rezensionen beschrieben, Bad stark "abgenutzt"). Die Parkplatzsituation war angespannt, da zu wenige Plätze - Fzg. mussten auf 2 min entfernten kostenpflichtigen öffentlichen Parkplatz ausweichen.

Lage, Komfort, Service waren okay, aber der Mitarbeiter am Tage der Abreise (15. August) war sehr professionell und sehr freundlich. Danke. Hatten unerwartet Probleme bei der Bezahlung mit der Kreditkarte, aber konnten mit dem Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption eine gute Lösung finden. Danke.

Besonders angenehmes Hotel; gerne wieder.
Wie gewohnt besonders freundliche Ordnung (mit klarem Deutsch). Zum Frühstück (auch mit Vollkornbroten und Kuchen) nun auch Gemüse. (Verwechslungsmöglichkeit beim Zimmerpreis, weil das auf hotels.com angebotene Economy-Doppelzimmer in der Homepage nicht aufscheint.)
