Very friendly and helpful Christine. Guest House is in a good areaand has a very pretty garden and pool area. It was a very pleasant one night stay before going to Amakhali Game Reserve

Excellent stay at Carslogie House, Port Elizabeth. Great room with pool access. Wonderful breakfast. Limited power during national Load-Sharing electricity shut-downs, but that’s a universal problem unless you produce all of your own power.

Awesome stay
The room was very spacious and quite nice. The view from room was their lovely pool. Bathroom was huge. Breakfast was delicious. I actually wanted to extend my stay but she was full. Would definitely recommend!

One night stay
Had a lovely stay with Christine at Carslogie house, the room was spotless and it opened onto the delightful pool. Delicious breakfast and all in the Summerstrand area. Nearest Beach 5 minutes away. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Pick and pay literally up the road. Christine was an excellent host. Port Elizabeth Airport literally 10 minutes away.

A holiday within a holiday
Excellent standard of accommodation attention to detail second to none. Owner Christina so devoted to high standards. The whole environment is so delightful. Wish we could have stayed for many more days instead of the one night to catch a flight the following day. There is so much more to see and do. Wish we had not treated as a stop over.

2nd visit
This was our second visit to Carslogie House. It being out of season we were the only guests staying. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast excellent and the owners helpful and considerate. Only one night this time, but a pleasurable stay

Ficamos apenas uma noite . Mas o quarto é todo esquipado com utensílios de cozinha. Cama muito boa . Banheiro ótimo . Produtos de higiene de boa qualidade . Lugar sossegado e próximo a restaurantes e lugares para passear . Da pra ir a pé em alguns . Garagem fechada . A host foi bem explicativa e comunicativa. Não posso opinar sobre o café da manhã porque não tomei. Voltaria a me hospedar

Mycket trevligt B&B
Mycket trevligt liter B&B som passar bra vägen längs Garden Route. Mycket rent, bra standard i rummen och vänligt mottagande. Tyvärr hade vi sen respektive tidig in- och utcheckning så hann inte med att pröva frukosten.

O que falar sobre este lugar incrível? A Chris nos recebeu super bem, nos ajudou com várias dicas de passeios e restaurantes. O nosso quarto era ótimo: amplo e aconchegante e a pousada fica pertinho da praia! Além disso, melhor café da manhã!! Meu marido gostou tanto do omelete que as meninas me ensinaram a fazer!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in schöner und sicherer Gegend, sauberes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, großer Pool, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, sehr nette und angenehme Vermieter. Kurze Wege zum Strand und Casino. Um die Ecke eines der besten Steakrestaurants Südafrikas.

quite close to the beach but you have to walk more than 15 minutes to nearby restaurants. Clean swimming pool but too cold to swim and tidy room. breakfast is really delicious esp the beacon. really good choice with bargain price.

Ordentliches Hotel, aber keine 5 Sterne
Das Hotel macht einen ordentlichen Eindruck, hat aber noch Luft nach oben. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber recht gemütlich eingerichtet. Für ein bis zwei Übernachtungen ist es aber ok. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber man darf keine großen Erwartungen haben, es gibt ein typisch englisches Frühstück. Die Lage ist zentral und dennoch ruhig. Der Empfang bei der Ankunft hätte herzlicher sein können. Alles in Allem ist es ein ordentliches Hotel, aber keine 5 Sterne.
