駅から近く、便利
スタッフの対応が良く、とても親切です。 周りの環境は、今ひとつですが、今回「KINTEX」のイベントを目的として渡韓したので、徒歩アクセス出来る立地としては快適でした。

Average, nothing to complain...
It's "ok" if you are attending Kintex convention. Very close to busy street with lots of retaurants and convenient stores. I wish it was more neat. Not for family trip.

Moderate hotel near Kintex
Reasonable rated hotel near Kintex convention center. Rooms spacious,additional amenities, large bathroom, everything pretty ok in the room except very hard beds. Fortunately enough pillows to add some padding

Good place and services
Was in Ilsan - Goyang for a convention at Kintex and the location of the Hotel was just right and convenient. The subway station near to the hotel is a plus even the real Seoul was a bit far , I could during my 6 days stay enjoy the neigborhood.

Good basic hotel
Free bottled water every day, close to bus and subway, 10- minute walk to Kintex. Staff did a nice job helping me in spite of my lack of Korean. Room could be s little cleaner but it was ok for the price.

Large cost effectiveness
Very closed and convenient location from KINTEX,subway station(Dae Hwa sta.),Airport limosine bus stop ,and lots of good restaurant. This type hotel is used only for lovers/couples in Japan,but not in Korea. Ladies,families can use normally as if they are business hotels.

화장실에는 담배냄새, 객실에는 방향제인지 에프킬라 냄새인지 ...냄새때문에 역겨워서 겨우 하루 보냄.. 보란듯이 에프킬라를 테이블 가운데 두는 것은 방에서 숙박 중 사용하라는 것인지..환기도 잘 안 되는데... 공기청정기 있어도 제기능을 못 하는 것 같음. 전철역 가까운 위치를 제외하고 가격대비 품질 매우 낮음. 리모델링했다는 광고 보고 갔는데.. 불쾌감만 남는 곳이었음.

오래되었지만 가성비 좋은 호텔
킨텍스 주변에 호텔이 거의 없고 거의 모텔 뿐이라 그 와중에 저렴한 호텔로 비즈니스 출장을 위한 숙소로서 이용은 괜찮았습니다.

表向きはホテルだが、実際は韓国で一般的なモーテル（日本で言うラブホとほぼ同じ）と変わらない。 上の階で情事が始まると、その音が漏れてくる。 部屋によって違うが、洗面台の流しは床に垂れ流し状態なので、足元が濡れやすく気持ち悪い。 （その為にスリッパが置いてあるので、これは慣れの問題） 今回、韓国初出張のメンバーがいたのでこのホテルにしたが、価格的に考えても次回からはフツーにモーテルに宿泊する予定。

KINTEX 仕事に便利
KINTEX へは徒歩で10分以内。地下鉄駅 大化からも5分以内。仁川(BUS 7400 6500 ウオン)あるいは金浦空港 (BUS 7300 3100ウオン) からのバスで KINTEX 停留所からも徒歩 (降りて向かい側の通りへ行きアパート内を大化駅方向へ歩き、大化駅前で右へ真っ直ぐ行くとすぐ判る)10分以内。部屋は広く、ゆったり。ベッドもバスタブも十分な大きさ。フロントも応対は良く快適。食事や買い物はホテル周辺にて十分賄える。KINTEX での仕事では再び宿泊いたします。

밀레니엄에서의 3박
에어컨 상태가 매우 좋지 않아 냄새 많이 나고, 시원하지 않음. 담배 냄새 등 눅눅한 냄새로 호흡이 곤란한 정도로서, 좀더 세심한 호텔 관리가 필요해 보임.

微妙でした！
場所を考えると展示会場まで５分程度でとても良い立地。ただ建物が古く、元々はビジネスホテルではないと思われ、設備も古い。 リーズナブルではあるので、割りきって泊まるならば良いホテル。

駅近で便利だけど、内観はラブホテル。1泊ならアリかな。オンドルで床があったかかったので、ビックリした。ホテルはたいていエアコンがんがん効いてるから、体には優しいかも。

일산 킨텍스에서 가깝지만 시설이 좀.
교통편은 괜찮은 위치였으나 화장실의 슬리퍼가 거의 찢어져있고.수건도 너무 오래사용한건지 너무 낡아있었고, 롤 빗에는 전에 사용했던사람의 머리카락이 남아있어서 너무 불결했다.다음날이 시험일인데 딸은 새벽 4시가 넘도록 모기 땜에 잠을 못잤고.여러군데 물렸다.날이 밝은후 나와보니 주변에도 호텔들이 많이 있었는데.이곳만 이런건지는 모르겠으나 장점이 별로없는 호텔이었다.

킨텍스 출장 숙박용으로 무난합니다.
킨텍스 출장으로 숙박하는 걸로는 나쁘지 않음. 적당히 깔끔하고 침구상태도 무난했음. 가격대비는 약간 비싼 느낌이 있지만 킨텍스에서 가까워서 좋음.

4박을 이용했는데 청소상태및 위생상태가 거의 안되는 상황이었고 필요한 물품을 요청하면 거의 마지못해 전달 해 주었습니다. 올해로 3번째 숙박을 했지만 고객관리도 전혀 되지 않고 나중에 안 사실이지만 인근 숙박업소보다 다소 숙박비가 비싸게 준거 같네요.
