Thanks for rating us 5 out of 5, it really means alot to us. It's great to read that you enjoyed your stay with us, personally I would have liked the opportunity to discuss the couple of small issues you mentioned. The bathroom window problem is clearly a huge problem for us, but no one else has mentioned this problem in the whole hotel, so a Room number would be great. As for the "free" train ticket, thats all you need, the card we have/can provide for you "free", you dont need to get anything from the station, but if this had happened, we would of explained this to you to make sure it was clear. As for not finding us, you're not the first, or the last, but from the Autobahn to us, there are 5 signs, but no one looks at them, because they are looking at our navigation system. However, to all Channels such as Expedia, you should be getting directions on your reservation confirmation, if this isnt happening, please tell us. If you booked with us, we send an advance email with exact directions. But if anyone is still reading our long response, the road that you exit the Autobahn is called the B159 - our Hotel is on the B159, so just keep following it and dont take any turns off until you see the Hotel sign (200 metres from the Hotel). Dear Christian, We love the description "Mountain Retreat", that really is the feeling that many guests have. Indeed, our view to the Mountain ranges are very special, especially when you are enjoying our extensive breakfast. Dining options are only limited if you want to have lots of alcohol to drink, because to drive is only 5 minutes from our front door to many great restaurants. Worst case you can order pizza, salad, kebab etc. which would be delivered here. You can even enjoy that on the terrace with a glass of wine in the evening sunshine. Thanks alot for staying with us and leaving real feedback.

It's great to read that you enjoyed staying at Hotel Pass Lueg. We do have a great mix of rooms which are all differently decorated and arranged. Great review Rodrigo, many thanks. The house is 100 years old, but we invest heavily every year to keep things improving. It's great to read you enjoyed our company, this means alot to us personally. Breakfast for a 3* house is excellent - everybody says so. One quick response on us being isolated, we are only 3km to the local town and 3km from the Autobahn, so providing you have a car, this is a 5 minute journey. We live here so we are around alot. Thanks again for leaving such a great response. We hope to welcome you in the future.

Thanks for your feedback, it's nice to hear you enjoyed your stay. Our Spa (which of such high quality isnt available in 3* houses) is open from 1400 - 1900. Most people tend to go for dinner around this time, but we also have two children to bring to bed. Therefore, we feel the Spa opening times are super for the guest with practical timing for guests and our family. In addition, our Spa facilities are included in the price - and our prices are extremely competitive to other hotels in the region. We hope this helps you understand the Spa opening times.
