Everything was excellent. There are a few very minor issues I have not tabled. I did not appreciate the cleaning staff turning up before 10am and hovering outside our room.

Great property and really clean room. The only downside was as it is privately managed we couldn’t go to reception staff at the hotel for help with things - also was not enough toilet paper in the room for our stay so we had to go and buy more.

Pick up of keys was a hassle when got to room still being cleaned windows were dirty , dead cockroache on balcony and cobwebs, stained carpet no coffee or tea. Attitude of staff talking over phone we got into room 30 minutes after checking in and was told had to check out on time but staff over phone. Indoor pool very noisy and rubbish everywhere kids pulling in plastic bed into pool and playing volleyball. Don’t want to go back. Although out door pool view was good.

Peppers soul is all about location. Being a short stroll from Cavill Ave (the main strip) made it alot easier for us. Seeing as we booked with GCLR and not the hotel directly, I found the hotel staff to not be helpful. Overall it was a good experience.

Great view. Well appointed. Nice king bed. Entry door wind whistle is very annoying if you have balcony doors open. Main couch bit ratty and due for an upgrade.

We were not able to travel due to the lockdowns with COVID. Disappointingly wotif and Soul Apartments were not able to reschedule our trip, nor give us credit or provided a refund.

Lovely Apartment let down by a very worn out lounge that should have been taken to the tip a long time ago.it was so uncomfortable that i couldn't sit on it . Shame.

The property itself is beautiful. Amazing views in a very modern resort. The unit needs some maitenance as there is some cracked tiles in the common areas and a professional tile cleaning company is needed to freshen up the floors. The cleaners need to be more thorough as there was two different medications, unwrapped laying on the floor next to the main bed. Not a problem for me to pick up and put in the bin but if my young children were with me they could have easily eaten them. There was also a spilt drink under the lounge and at one point a couple of tumble weeds of hair rolled across the lounge room floor and out onto the balcony. (My hairline is retreating faster than Donald Trumps political prospects, so definitely not mine). Overall I would stay again. In my opinion Peppers Soul is one of the best resorts on the Gold Coast, though I would request a different unit. I also hope the room would be cleaned more thouroughly next time.

The location is unbeatable. The 3 bedroom seaview apartment was huge. Well equipped and for a family of 6 just what we needed. Amazing restaurants within seconds of exiting the building.

We were disappointed that the second bedroom door couldn't close and no one came to fix it. The couch had alot of wear & tare, and was not comfortable to sit on. However, the apartment was very clean and the appliances and dishes were good quality. No communication or response from the office over the entire weekend.

Perfect location but since it was privately owned we had to go through an office away from the building for any amenities ,keys or any other requirements, peppers soul staff didn’t want to get involved

Great location. Give yourself at least an extra 10 mins to get anywhere from your room due to the lifts

Property is convenient and facilities are good, however lifts are shocking! Concierge won’t even lend us trolleys because we’re private apartment.
