Hotel bom, confortável fui muito bem atendida. Tudo que solicitei fui atendida. Tinha até cabide para pendurar roupa, ferro de passar, microondas se quisesse fazer alguma coisa. Ficaria melhor se tivesse café da manhã.

Péssima hospedagem!
Eu acredito que o site Hoteis.com nunca foi a esse estabelecimento Serras de Goyaz, pois é um hotel (eu não chamaria de Hotel, mas de uma Pensão daquelas de interior) devido ao baixo nível que o hotel tem. Na primeira noite nos colocaram num quarto tão ruim, com a tampa do vaso sanitario quebrada, box do chuveiro sem cortina ou blindex, e uma especie de lagarta rodando pelo chão do quarto e na manhã seguinte minha esposa pediu pra trocar de quarto, devido as pessimas condições do que nos colocaram. Como fiz uma reserva para 3 pessoas, coloquei na observação do Hoteis.com que precisava uma cama de casal e 1 cama de solteiro, mas o atendente da recepção nos disse, na entrada, que todos sabem que se é quarto triplo, eles não fazem essa arrumacão. Como meu filho desistiu de ir conosco para Goiania, a recepcionista mudou para dupl . Mudamos após as 14 horas para um novo quarto e achamos barata e aranha no novo quarto, na recepção não havia cobertor de casal para ceder ao hospede. Para finalizar, creio que a Hoteis.com, devia ter uma espécie de AUDITORIA sobre os produtos que vende, pois essa "pensão" Serra de Goyaz é pessima, apesar de bem localizado no centro de Goiania. Meu Deus do ceu, na noite em que dei entrada no hotel, fiquei querendo perder o dinheiro que paguei de tão ruim que é o que eles chamam de Hotel e ir buscar outro estabelecimento para me hospedar, somente não o fazendo devido a uma feira agropecuária que está acontecendo em Goiania nesses finais de semana.

Há melhores na mesma faixa de preço.
O atendimento é muito bom, a localização é perfeita, tudo bem higienizado, o visual é legal. No entanto, achei 2 fatores não tão bons: Um é o chuveiro não ter box, era uma cortina que não fechava totalmente, então molhava o banheiro durante o banho. O outro é a pousada não servir café da manhã nem ter refeições disponíveis, então o hóspede precisa sair para procurar algum local onde se alimentar.
