“Very Good Value and Service”

Basic but comfortable hotel with air conditioning and swimming pool. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The air conditioning in our room wasn't working very well so we got moved to one of the ground floor rooms which are nicer. They were really understanding when my return flight got cancelled and I needed to cancel one night's stay; they gave me a refund. Situated in between Candolim and Candolim so a bit of a walk (10/15 mintues) to the main area of restaurants and beach etc, but also means it's nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend if you are on a small budget.

“Nice small hotel”

Rooms are small but clean. Staffs are helpfull. Food was good but too less in quantity. Swiiming pool was too small and not well maintained.

“Don't be deceived by the photos on this hotels website - not impressed at all”

A far better standard of accomodation can be found in this area at less than half the price - don't be fooled by the photos which depict this establishment as a grand, elegant hotel - behind the scenes it is not! The swimming pool was sparkling clean and crystal clear.

Area recommendations
Arambol - further up the north coast of Goa, away from the commercialised areas of Goa - here you can find unspoilt, quiet, clean beaches.
When to go
End of February - beginning of March as its end of season and the crowds have gone.
What to pack
Very little - anything you need you can buy there, be it clothes, sun tan lotion, shampoo - and its all so much cheaper. Take lots of hand cleanser gel as running water is often not available. Bottled water is available everywhere, but vairable in price, some places charge more if you want it cold, however many don't.
