Overall my stay was excellent. The other gripe I had was initial booking. I didn’t realize the rooms are different based on A/C or not. If that was made clear when booking that would be great. Overall excellent stay and excellent staff.

Das Zimmer war sehr modern ausgestattet und weitestgehend sauber. Das war leider das einzige was gut war. Poolbereich: Der Jacuzzi war defekt und das Wasser darin auch schon grün. Den Pool konnten wir ebenfalls nicht nutzen da er sehr kalt war. Der Außenpool war nur ein aufgebautes Planschbecken. Kinderspielzimmer: Das Spielzimmer war sowas von unaufgeräumt und dreckig dazu noch kaputte Gegenstände (Verletzungsgefahr). An der Decke waren riesige Schimmelflecken (laut den Bewertungen auch schon länger). Der Eintritt ins Museum ist nicht in der Buchung inklusive und muss extra bezahlt werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war dürftig. Wurst und Käse wurden nicht gekühlt daher war der Käse glasig und schwitzig, die Wurst schmierig. Die Auswahl ließ auch zu wünschen übrigen es gab noch nicht mal Obst.

The room was really nice and clean but the service was extremely poor. We had room nr 119 the wifi didn't work (they said that room had problem with wifi??!?). There is no AC, the room is close to a highly traffic road, and in the morning about 7 o'clock the builders start working under our window,talking loudly, using their tools and listening to loud music. We informed on arrival that breakfast serves between 7-11, when we came down at 10:10 the receptionist just said she will talk to her colleague!!?!? That really didn't help us... So I will not recommend this hotel nor will come back.

fantastiskt Hotel
jätte fint och rent rum, supper trevliga personal, frukosten var OK, önskade lite mer frukter på frukostbordet. men den totala Hotel upplevelsen var mycket positivt, kommer säkert att bo på Verde igen ;)

Gutes Hotel
Gutes Hotel draußen von Koszalin. Das Zimmer war neu renoviert ,sauber aber klein. Das frühstück war gut und ausreichend.
