    Situated in the ever popular south side of glasgow the property is in a 5 story modern block with secure entry and lift access to all floors.
    It is serviced with public transport facilities on the doorstep with buses serving all parts of the city a mere 100 yards away. Likewise a train service to the centre of glasgow is 200 hundred yards away.
    In one direction, a mile away is the centre of glasgow and in the other, 5/600 yards away the thriving hub of strathbungo with an array of bars, restaurants and cafe bars.
    Within 200 yards are a kfc a Macdonald’s and Lidl supermarket.
    It is ideally situated for the Hydro, 10 minutes. O2 academy, 5 minutes and for sports or concert fans Hampden Park, 10 minutes.
    Once inside the apartment everything is on one level with a large lounge/kitchen with built in units modern leather sofas and furniture and a 42 inch flat screen tv with freeview and satellite channels.
    The master bedroom has a double bed, 32 inch flat screen tv, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with bath, overhead and hand held shower.
    The second bedroom has a double bed, 32 inch flat screen tv, fitted mirrored wardrobes and an adjacent shower room with overhead and hand held fittings.

    Not what I thought it would be.
    It isn’t in a good neighborhood. There aren’t really any food places and a very small Ondian market. The kitchen is great. The beds weee great. The apartment is in need of repairs. Easy to park. There wasn’t a washer or dryer in the apartment as represented.

    A comfortable base to see Glasgow
    This clean, comfortable apartment was a great base for exploring Glasgow. Four adults were more than comfortable. The apartment had what a visitor needs to cook and eat, but it was especially nice to be welcomed with things like fresh eggs, bread, coffee, etc, so we didn’t have to run out to the store right away. A train stop leading quickly to Glasgow Central is a 5 minute easy walk, but a short walk through the area gets you to interesting neighborhoods for really good food and drink. On that note, take your host’s advice about restaurants and pubs: we did and were so glad. Recommended!

    Great stay!
    We were greeted and shown around the apartment. There was food/drink for us, and the place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for our stay. Train station was a very short walk away. Great communication with host. Would def stay here again.

    A very nicely appointed apartment within a working class neighborhood. Easily accessed by rail (Pollokshields East is a 3 minute walk), by bus, and by car (there is adequate parking). The apartment features a principal bedroom suite, secondary bedroom with hall bathroom, and a kitchen open directly to dining and living area.

    12 Days Not Enough
    Appreciated Joe's great communication and prompt welcome complete with some "starter" food staples. We (2 couples) had everything we needed in this spacious 2BR/2Bath apartment with secure entry. Public transportation was super close, convenient and easy to navigate. We used Glasgow as homebase for several day-trips but there's so much to do and so many unique restaurants to visit...12 days just isn't enough time. We will return.

    Property looks nice. Chairs are not comfortable and mattress in the back bedroom needs to be replaced. Bathroom door handle kept falling off.
