Perfect Space for a relaxing long weekend!
We rented this space for a long weekend with friends and family. We had a wonderful time and really made the most of the space. We played quite a few yard games and volleyball with the net provided in the pool. I don't think we could've had a better weekend! Thank you so much, Malini!

Great place to stay in lakes region NH. The amenities/pool/spa were perfect. House is very spacious but we hardly left the pool area! Great communication with Owners. Can’t wait to stay again.

Perfect in every way !
Malini is by far the most responsive host. This place is so amazing. We stayed for 3 nights and never left the property once! It has everything that you need and the pool area is amazing! The views, the space, the amenities all top notch!

If pool parties are your thing...
We chose this house for the indoor pool. It kept the elementary age kids actively occupied. And the kitchen and seating area near the pool was used extensively from breakfast on. This is the ultimate party house!

Amazing house and beautiful view.
This house was absolutely wonderful. Great location. Close enough to Lake Winnipesaukee and weirs beach, but secluded and quiet at night. The view from the backyard was amazing. Having the pool and pool house was such a great feature, it kept everyone together and entertained. Will definitely rent this house again.

Amazing Experience
We picked this place because the pictures looked great and all the needs of our group would be met. We were blown away by how much better it was in-person. The views were fantastic (and made for a great marriage proposal spot for a couple members of our party). The place is extremely spacious; even though we had the maximum number of guests, it never felt crowded at all. The owners were extremely helpful and were quick to respond to any questions that arose. We are extremely likely to revisit in the future.

Great location, beautiful view, plenty of room BUT kitchens are outdated, tired and barely functional. Stove top is frustrating, refrigerators barely keep food cool, upstairs fridge leaks and our first pot of coffee took 3 attempts, 90 mins and 2 doctors and one world renowned Physicist to produce a pot of coffee (not exaggerating). However, the other amenities and the home overall made for a great experience with family.

Bike week trip
Huge place, with lots of different rooms and large spaces. Our group of about 20 had room to have their own quiet time, but could also gather in one place in the pub, or pool area, the dining room or the great room. As with most rental houses there are some things that could be updated, but overall this house was awesome! The main kitchen was a little tight, and we would have liked access to the garage for our bikes, but these are small wished for a phenomenal house!

Family Get Away
Malini was an excellent host, responding to questions promptly, Check in was super easy and the welcome documents and house rules provided, gave you all that you needed to navigate the home and amenities with ease... We booked this place as a gift for a family weekend away with our siblings, their children, grandchildren! 3 generations that attended.. The description of the property was EXACTLY as shown and MORE!!! NOTHING could've prepared us for beauty of this property and the amazing mountain and lake views!!! There were 18 of us that stayed at the house and 4 others, that got rooms at the TownePlace Suites, just a short drive away.. Location was PERFECT, with Walmart and BJ's close by. The large dining room accomodated our large group comfortably and with 2 kitchens, meals for 18 all weekend, were quick and easy. 5 FULL baths, no waiting... This place was all that we imagined it would be and had ALL that we needed and more!! We are already looking at availability for 2024 and would HIGHLY recommend this place for a large family!!! Thank you for your hospitality, Malini!!!!

Great house! Love the pool!
Came back for a second year in a row with a few families with kids. The layout is great for multiple families, the hosts are super responsive (and our driveway was plowed ASAP in the morning after a blizzard). Overall strong recommendation!

The Very Best Stay!
We had the best weekend at this home celebrating with friends and family. This home has Everything to make you feel like you are on a spa vacation! The bar access and kitchen near the pool kept everyone together! There were rooms in the house we didn’t even use because it’s so large, and has something for everyone! We will definitely be back! The host, Malini, was wonderful to work with and we can’t wait to come back!

Ski weekend with friends.
This property is awesome! So much space for everyone and the indoor pool was a huge hit! We skied at Gunstock 2 days, a 2 mile commute from the house being so convenient. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely rent this property again.

Relaxing and picturesque stay
Upon arrival at the house, we were taken aback by how awesome the it truly was. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room keep us well entertained the entire time. Access to two separate kitchens, including two fridges and a freezer made it easy to store our food for the weekend. The bar area and wine fridge were also amazing amenities to have and we spent many house drinking and chatting in the bar. The views from the top floor are spectacular- a broad view of the lake and the mountains during the entire stay. We very much enjoyed spending time in the great room playing games with a view! The dining table was huge and easily accommodated our group of 14. In fact the house is excellent for large groups and parties. We made use of the fire pit as well which was fun to do during the cold winter evenings. Sleeping arrangements were as expected, with enough beds for all. The bunk room easily fits 8 due with full/queen mattresses. The property was well stocked with towels and linens, although we could’ve used an additional kitchen towel and some hand towels. The kitchen was also well stocked for cooking with many pots, pans, plates, serving platters, etc. However there were not storage containers so bring your own Tupperware! Overall we had a wonderful time at this unique and amazing home. We are so grateful to Malini and her family for hosting us.

2 miles fron Gunstock, close to hiking trails
We had 15 people in our family. We had so much fun in the pool. This is the highlight of this property. Some of our family skied on multiple days at gunstock 2 miles away. The owners are very responsive. a few extra hooks for towels in bathrooms would be a big improvement. I would recommend this property.

Wonderful House
This home is wonderful for a large group. The swimming pool, the pool room, the massive dining area and living room are perfect for a family gathering. The grounds offer up beautiful views, sunsets, and plenty of space to do outdoor games. The location is central to the many activities surrounding the lake. Malini is quick to respond to any questions you might have. A great vacation experience was had by my entire family of 11.

Lots of smiles
We were a family of 17 ranging in age from 12 to 76. The house was big enough that you would never had known we were so many. The house is centrally located for many activities, all a short ride away. The views from the house and patios were spectacular. The house contained everything we wanted. The pool, hot tub and pool table got the most use. While the interior decor was a little dated we found it immaculate and totally functional. My family would go back in a heartbeat.

Second time here
And this time was better than the last! It was very very clean. I noticed immediately. The pool is always a hit. We go with a large group and it’s amazing that’s the babies can sleep quietly while the parents get to have fun and play games! I recommend this house! It’s also in a great area. It’s on a “main” road but you wouldn’t know. The yard is perfect for gorgeous sunset photos.

One of a kind house and great host!
We had a wonderful long weekend inside this vacation rental! The place was perfect for hosting multiple families with small children, and we had a great time in the pool together. We were inside all weekend due to a blizzard, and the place was warm and lovely, with lots of places to spend quality time with friends without feeling crowded. We especially enjoyed eating together at the enormous table off the kitchen. It was a very special weekend and Malini was an attentive host. We had no issues with the property or our stay, and plan to book this place every year! We could not have been happier and will be back.

Adult Getaway for my wife's birthday
This was a beautiful property with a magnificent view of the lake and mountains. The house was very spacious though dated in it décor, it was very charming. The amenities made for a very fun and relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, the pool was a bit chilly and the hot tub jets did not work, the guys still managed to get use out of both, while the ladies decided sitting and kibitzing was a better option. For a winter getaway, it was very nice destination, though I would have expected that driveways, walkways, patio and firepit area would have been better maintained and cleared of snow and ice. We had an amazingly fun weekend as our friends do not require many frills. I would recommend this property if your looking for a funfilled relaxing getaway destination.

Perfect for large family getaway
My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend and it couldn’t have gone any better. The house is stunning and the property managers/owners were extremely nice, attentive, and pleasant to interact with. Highly recommend this place if you and your family would like to get away together for a few days.
