Richard, I know I spoke to someone staying in your room and she told me about the issues. I just wish you would have taken advantage of our 24-hour front desk. We would have loved the opportunity to fix the situation right away. We check the heaters and air conditioners regularly, but they still occasionally go out unexpectedly.

Douglas, I revisited this because I never want to charge guests unnecessarily. I just looked at the ADA. I read that dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
