Beautiful boutique hotel run by an amazing, caring woman. My friend and I stayed in two different rooms. Hers was on the second level and mine was on the first level. They were equally as lovely. The rooms were very spacious, brand new, and even though they were facing to the main street there was no sound coming from outside. We had a long drive from Brasov, Romania and needed the rest after such a long trip and I should say that we all slept like a baby. Our check in was fast, smooth and there was a bottle of white wine waiting for us in our room. As a great fan of Bulgarian wines, I really liked the present. Besides, we had a nice breakfast with different types of egg, selections of Bulgarian cheese, cold cuts, and freshly baked pastries. Next time I go back to Varna, the first hotel I will check will be Rosslyn Dimyat for sure.

Our stay was wonderful. The rooms are gorgeous and new with a REAL hairdryer! The view was exactly as advertised. Food was great. Make sure you find the lovely little monastery. Note this area is being revitalized so there are several properties still looking abandoned but that didnt spoil anything at all. Just noticed on out long walks. Cant wait to go back!
