"Overall, I had a great stay at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location and dining options were excellent with free parking which is hard to come by close to the city. The main drawback is that it’s not kid-friendly. If you’re traveling with a child, you may need to drop them off in the lobby before parking, and you’ll have to go through security each time you head to a restaurant or return from the parking garage. Despite that inconvenience, I would stay here again and would recommend it to adults looking for a nice Milwaukee getaway."

"We were given a trashy room that had cockroach in the bathroom, microwave and stove didn’t work, worn out discoloration on sofa, and furniture with sparkling spilled paint from prior visits…Totally disappointed and disheartening to see the condition of the room that was allocated to us. On top of all this, toilet didn’t flush and they left a plunger for us to use to fix the issue!!"

"When we checked in twice, we had to go back downstairs and to get the room keys corrected. They ended up sending a technician because we couldn’t get the doors open the room keys couldn’t work. We found that other patrons were outside. Exit number five smoke marijuana on the morning that we were checking out we found that it’s not user-friendly for disabled people. The hot tub was empty and nonfunctioning, which is one of the reasons why we wanted to come there we found that we had to go to entrance number four from the lobby to access the elevator otherwise we would end up having to haul all our luggage up the stairs and that was not due feasible because I’m partially disabled and I am elderly we found that the coffee machines made very weak coffee and normally at a best Western plus hotel they make fresh coffee available 24 hours a day this is a great disappointment. This was a terrible waste of money for one night and we will not stay there again. We found that the rooms are outdated and they need to do a major remodel on them go at your own parallel."
