Picked this hotel as it was near the Performing Arts Centre where we were going to a concert. Excellent location to this and nice restaurants near by. Staff very friendly & helpful. Had a studio room. Well fitted out. Highly recommend.

Clean, modern and neat rooms. Has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant check in process. And, you can take pets! On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, ask for a room on the Gheringhap St side. There is a club on the O'Farrell Pl side that goes until 5am. The music was loud, and so were the patrons who were leaving it. We advised reception on check out, who said they are looking into it.

2 NIGHTS stay Modern and well-maintained spacious studio unit with basic kitchenette enough for a short stay. Very clean and new kitchen utensils. Comfortable beds. Good communication skills from reception staff - very responsive to requests. Was able to check in early as room was ready on arrival. Had a spacious roof-top open lounge with views of the waterfront in the distance. Small but adequate-well equipped gym. Points to note/suggestions A water dispenser or drinking /refill fountain for gym area would be useful or guests will need to bring a large water bottle. There's barbeque facilities but no sink even for handwashing. Basic tea/coffee bags provided so guests needs to bring their own herbal teas if needed. Coffee granules a bit caked ? old but teabags okay. Rather disappointing that parking fees not included/subsidized with room rates OVERALL a PLEASANT STAY THANK YOU
