Really enjoyed staying here. Great to have tabke tennis and table football downstairs. We made good use of that. Hotel really walkable to town centre and close to a tram stop for further trips. Would thoroughly recommend to families.

This hotel is in a handy location a short walk from the main part of the old town and Dulgi targ. The breakfast had a good selection and the facilities were great for the kids, a playground, small indoor play area suitable for young kids and also a ping-pong table, füssball table and a games console for guests to use in the lobby/ bar area. Rooms were clean and tidy and had what you need for a short break.

Great stay! Hotel is located near old town and many restaurant options. The hotel itself is a little dated but the lobby had a great kids area and the stuff was all very nice. Breakfast was great!

The hotel was within walking distance of the historic district. The rooms were spacious and clean along with an excellent lobby area. It was fantastic for the price point.

Very enjoyable stay
Location of the hotel is very central and just a few minutes from the old town across the bridge. It in a quiet part of town. We arrived a bit earlier than the official check in time but our room was ready so we were allowed to check in. The reception staff were speedy, friendly and very efficient. The reception area is bright and modern. Quiet a few guests have mentioned the table tennis and the fusball table which we didn’t use but the kids in the hotel seemed to enjoy it. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was soft when we sat on it but it was a memory foam mattress so no problem when lying down. Good selection of pillows. The air con worked well and very quiet on the lowest setting which is a real plus as some air con units can be very noisy. Good selection of toiletries (Rituals brand which is very popular in the UK). Enough TV channels in most of the European languages to watch a bit of TV whilst getting ready. The only slight negative was the sofa (sofa bed) which could do with a clean but other than that the room was great. The breakfast was superb with a good selection of hot and cold food and plenty of coffee choices at the machine and we didn’t have to spend time queuing for our coffee. Good selection for children including pancakes and the obligatory chocolate Nutella. The water fountains with cold water on each floor were a nice addition. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be on our list for next time.

No air conditioning,no sockets,the sofa bed has terrible springs and you can hurt your back,pillows are to big,the housekeepers never hoover the room or clean the dust.We stay there for 5 days.The 5⭐️⭐️ I will give for breakfast.Good selection,fresh and tasty. The hotel is in center of Gdansk so is close to everywhere.

The hotel is located in very close proximity to the Gdansk Old Town. Easy to find. Great starting point to explore Gdansk. Friendly staff, clean, air-conditioned rooms. Little fridge in the room very helpful with the tropical weather we experienced. Pet friendly ☺️. Very happy with the whole experience. Will probably come back in the future.

Great hotel with outstanding staff
Easy, smooth check in despite arriving few hours prior to the check-in time (we booked 2 rooms). Family oriented lobby with lots of games/entertainment available to the guests. Outstanding choices for breakfast, great food service staff; depleted items were refilled momentarily and dirty dishes left by hotel guests were picked up in a timely manner. Very clean and pleasant rooms with great views. One of the rooms to my supprise had an oriental theme. A big thank you to the hotel staff as I left my passport and cash in safe and notice the lack of after few hours after checking out. I was contacted in a timely manner and all the left belongings were waiting for me at the reception. In future, when staying in Gdansk I will stay at this hotel only.

Central hotel for stay in gdansk
This hotel is very central for a tourist stay in gdansk, it is close to bars restaurants and sightseeing , the hotel itself is clean but a little plain on looks, friendly staff and breakfast was fine, I have stayed there a couple of times and the price was good when I booked, we also used it as a base to travel to sopot and malbrok castle,

Excellent location for exploring Gdansk. Bars and restaurants all within a couple of minutes. Staff as ever were fantastic, rooms of a good size with everything you need. Happy again.

Great location for old town but VERY NOISY!!!
The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the start of the old town street, which is great. Unfortunately our room overlooked a nightclub that kept us awake with booming music until 4am for the 2 nights we stayed. We didn’t sleep all night and came back one afternoon to have a nap because we were so tired. We paid to Extend our stay so we could sleep in the afternoon before our flight home so sadly missed out on that afternoon sightseeing. It was very clean and good location but I’d not stay again because of the night club noise.

Good hotel, great location and price
Nice weekend stay. The location is really good, it's only a short 5 minute walk into the old town. The hotel is easy to get from the airport, and is about £7 each way for an Uber. Ubers are allowed to the hotel, but they aren't available in the old town itself. Lots of nice bars and restaurants around old town, and all easily accessible from the Novotel. It's not the nicest location, as there some building work going on, but that didn't cause us any problems and there was no noticeable noise
