"Needs a bit of upkeep the pictures are accurate but only when the property was new. There are no updated pictures of the property right nowThe room was cozy and the settings was great.. I would like to see better doors and an updated shower enclosure for my next visit and also a fan or AC unit in the living room area"

"The staff was very accommodating due to me having to show up a day late for my reservation after missing my ferry ride. The bed however was not the most comfortable. I woke up with body aches. The phone wasn't connected at all to make a phone call to the front desk if I needed anything. There was only 1 trash in the room which was extremely small. I wasn't able to put most of trash away even if I wanted to. I would only stay here for 2 nights max. Overall it wasn't too bad, very close in proximity to the airport, restaurants and beaches"

"Friendly and accommodating communication with staff. Apartment was clean all amenities provided the towels could have been a little more white, I however walked with my own towels. Didn’t stay much at hotel as the boys had a football competition the entire of Saturday however they enjoyed the little pool time. All in all it was a cool experience at restorations, I will definitely book again."

"Very helpful and accommodating staff. Convenient area to stay - airport, shops and beach nearby. Breakfast was included which was a nice buffet spread. Free shuttle survive to airport and beaches was really helpful. Limited menu, but local food not far. Enjoyable stay."

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Magdalena Grand Beach & Golf Resort. Considering the premium price we paid, the experience was far below acceptable standards. The property is clearly not being properly maintained. There were broken balustrades around the resort, and several areas were inaccessible because sections of the ceiling had fallen out. This created an impression of neglect and poor upkeep throughout the property. The room itself had a persistent musty smell, which made it feel damp and unpleasant from the moment we arrived. Things became even worse when we left the room and returned to find that something had been nibbling at snacks we had left on the table. Later that same day, we discovered a mouse in the room. After reporting the issue, we were relocated to another room just a few doors away, only to encounter the exact same problem again. To add to the disappointment, the beach was covered with large amounts of seaweed, making the sea uninviting and essentially unbathable during our stay. For the price charged by this resort, these conditions are completely unacceptable. The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast, which was enjoyable and offered a good selection. Unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for the poor maintenance, unpleasant rooms, rodent issue, and unusable beach. I would not recommend this resort and would not choose to stay here again."
