“Would come back”

I was actually surprised by the hotel and accommodations. The gym was only a small room with a elliptical, treadmill, and a stationary bike. But it did have a TV so that helped the time fly. The only bad thing about the hotel was the breakfast. The cereal was stale and some of the bread had a mole on it. Luckily i saw it before eating it. The room was spacious. Growing up in the Fresno Area I am familiar with the neighborhoods. It was advertised as being in the Fig Garden Area. Last time I checked this hotel was on Shaw ave but miles away from the Fig Garden Area.

“Glad I stayed here”

I was planning a road trip to Yosemite and needed to book a room for a night in Fresno. I'm always concerned when booking a hotel in an unknown city. I was pleased to see how clean the hotel was. I would definitely recommend the ramada.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Located near restaurants, close to areas I wanted to visit.

I stayed for a week there and it was clean and comfortable. The mini fridge and microwave was a plus for me and it wasnt the cheap dial microwave some hotel still use.

“Very disappointed :(”

Had reserved the room and paid for it over two weeks in advanse requesting a king size bed. However, when I called the day of our arrival they had placed us in a two queen room. When I asked why I could not get an answer except they did not have any rooms available for the three days only for one night which did not make sence. Once we arrived the room was ok but the bathroom still had dirty towels left and urine stains around the toilet and it smelled. We had to clean it ourselves which was unacceptable.

liked it much better than the ramada university.much cleaner,more comfort,and more secure feeling.excellent staff.very helpful.

“I would stay there again”

The maid service was friendly but my room wasn't vacuumed and the coffee packs were not replaced during my 10 day stay.

“Convenient location - Average cleanliness”

The location is very convenient to Hwy 99 and easy access to gas, food, etc. I had a room with a queen bed and couch. The cleanliness of my room was the only problem - I was scared to sit on the couch due to mystery stains, and the nightstand and desk has residue from food or drinks of the previous occupant. The bathroom, I must admit, was spotless which was a pleasant surpise. I would advise asking for a room with no couch and just the king bed (which they have available). The breakfast is fine if you're just looking for a quick coffee and muffin - nothing special.

“Bad experience”

I travel a lot... and it's first time i see empty bottle, used cup, and used SOAP when I enter the room. Terrible housekeeping. Also, there are 2 dogs walking around at the parking lot.
