Family weekend
Pros: The property was exactly as advertised and exceeded our needs. We we were able to spend time together or spread out with the awesome entertainment building or the living area in the basement. The house has everything you would need and more. The host was very responsive and helpful with questions. Cons: the basement couch had a bad odor. We would absolutely stay here again.

Cute Little House Near the Lake, but not on the lake
The hosts were very nice and quick to address a few small issues. The house was clean with plenty of space. The only thing I'd caution is that this house is not directly on the lake, it is about a 5 minute golf cart ride away. The pictures don't make it crystal clear that you are not on the lake.

It was a good place. It looks better in the inside. There was a second building for ping pong and pool which was cool. It had a ton of games and stuff we used inside the place. There is a boat rental place that is decent. Overall it's a good spot.

Lake family vacation
Large home with lake nearby. Plenty of room. Fun game room. We took the golf cart to explore neighborhood. Lake was very clean. Owner responded immediately to any questions. Overall could use little more attention to details but understandable since it is a rental for large groups and things get used and broken. We had fun and would return back.

Golf Outing Weekend.
This was our second time staying here. What a nice place! Plenty of room with the main house, separate rec room, and back yard. Tracey was awesome with her communication regarding what is there, i.e. extra cots, how many refrigerators etc.... and for just about any question you may ask. I cannot comment on renting the pontoon etc...since we were golfing but a great place for reunions, families etc.... see you next year.

Fun lakeside vacation spot
We rented this property for a family vacation and appreciated its proximity to the beach. The home had plenty of space for seven adults and two kids, and the extra building with the hot tub, pool table, and table tennis was great to be able to use! We also appreciated that we could use the golf cart to get to and from the beach. One of the best parts was renting Tracey's pontoon boat, which was really nice and a great deal compared to the other local boat rental prices. Tracey was responsive throughout our stay and stopped by to answer questions when we had them.

Family-friendly weekend at the lake
The house was so comfy and homey -- no frills but had everything described and what we needed. We enjoyed the rec building and teens especially like the pool table and ping pong while the little ones played with toys (little child's pretend stove and a Barbie-style doll house. And the hot tub was a hit with all! Neighborhood was quiet and it was about a 7-minute walk to the dock where we tied up our pontoon rental. The stairs going down to the dock were a little difficult for our 3-year-old but we had her go slow and she did great each time. We used the golf cart for us older ones and to cart our towels and coolers. Beautiful lake - so clean and clear. We especially enjoyed docking at the one small beach which was perfect for the smaller ones in our extended family bunch. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home and I expect we will be back!

Everything was above expectations. Property was well maintained and had all supplies needed. Notes told us all details to be able to use amenities. Very thoughtful touchs around property. We are a multi generation family, with a small dog. Everything was covered. Even TV blankets! Daily papers supplies were very generous. Our only wish was the weather could have been warmer, which no one can control. We will use this property again.

Wonderful respite for our family!
Our family from Iowa and Ohio met here for a perfect extended weekend. There were toys and books for our 3 year old granddaughter and pool, ping pong, and games for the 20 year olds. Plenty of room to spread out... for those of us that needed quiet time.

Wonderful Stay!
The property was perfect for my mom and I to celebrate a weekend away. We loved the location which was steps away to the beach and trolley. It was great to have a full size fridge for groceries and the couches/bed were comfortable. Alex was extremely easy to get a hold of for any issues we had. We would stay here again in a second! Highly recommended!

Amazing property for an awesome family gathering.
Tracey & Tom kept an open and responsive line of communication. Check-in was easy. When we arrived during the snowstorm the house was literally glowing. Lit Christmas tree, electric digital fireplace blowing heat, and the tastefully decorated. It really warmed our hearts. The property is clean, spacious and very accommodating. As more and more family arrived their reaction was the same as ours. The house just pulls you in and gives you a hug. Very cozy. All facilities were functioning perfectly. Lots and lots of places to gather together. And, lots of places to be in a small group too. The game room is surely the star of the property. You can hot tub, play pool or ping pong. It also can be a place where moms can gather with their babies. The game room let's you get out of the house and explore without having to drive anywhere. Great setup during a snow storm. Check-out was a breeze too. Hated to leave but, we'll be back... G & P

Nice and roomy
The property was a bit dated but had alot of everything. The backyard and outdoor spaces was really nice with having younger children. Gave them a place to safely run and play. The fire pit, corn hole game & large clean hot tub was appreciated. Pool table with a large screen TV was enjoyed by the guys. Ample frig space (3). All the beds but 1 was comfortable. Plenty of towels, linens, pillows and blankets. Easy to find and close to lots of things to do such as shopping and restaurants. The doughnut shop was closed. But I understand the owners have no control over that. Over-all a good experience.

Surprise 30th Birthday Gathering
This was a surprise 30th Birthday gathering for our disabled daughter. It was the perfect spot for it! There were 12 of us, all different ages as well as our dogs. The recreation building was a huge hit with our teens and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Having a fenced in yard for our pups was wonderful. In fact, being able to bring them was a blessing in itself! We talked about coming back in the summer when we can enjoy the Lakes too! Thank you Tracey!

Great property, perfect for hosting a group of friends. Many bedrooms, fenced in backyard, and great hang out spot with pool table, ping pong, and hot tub! For families, it had games, lots of toys for children, and a crib. Only bad thing, was it was not very clean.

Great Space for a large group
Our family came to visit our son for family weekend. This property is great for a mixed age group - the annex building is nice for the games/pool table/ping pong/hot tub. We were able to make large dinners/breakfasts for the group - as well as my son and his friends. The property could use a bit of fixing up - screen doors were falling off the one door and the light switches were a bit confusing. Over all I would rent again and the location is so great - Tom's Donuts is just down the road!

This is a great place for a group of friends or family. They had a ton of toys and stuff for our young son to do. And plenty of stuff for the adults to do. Nice place to stay at in the fall when you won't be on the lake all day.

Large home in a great location
Large, well-stocked home with tons of room and it's close to everything. I didn't use the party building or back yard, but it seemed like a great place to host a party! I stayed right after Labor Day, so the place showed the expected wear and tear of a busy summer season and could use a deep cleaning, but overall, I really enjoyed my stay here.

Nice place for the whole family
We stayed here for the second time and will probably come back again. Jimmerson Lake is clean and fun to swim in. The golf cart is nice for getting down to the lake. Game room and hot tub are great! Would have been nicer if the grass was mowed.

This house and Tracey made CousCation a success!
This is our second time vacationing at this house. Concerns we had the first time have all been fixed. They have done great improvements over the last two years. Our group had 5 adults and 10 teens. We all had a great time. Space for yard games and wonderful camp fire. All enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, ping pong, and the beach. Kids went to state park to swim and play beach volleyball. Two kitchens, three grills, and three refrigerators make food prep for groups easy! Lake Jimmerson is a just a walk or ride down the hill. Any issue we had Tracey went above and beyond to fix. Thank you Tracey and Tom, we will definitely return to this house in the future!

I planned a bachelorette party and thought this place would be perfect for rain or shine and it turned out to be just the right thing for us to use!! We only got it for one night and wished we would have gotten it for two. The neighbors even helped us with firewood because the weather said it was going to thunderstorm the entire time so we did not come prepared. They were so nice! Check in and check out was easy and the hot tub was a hit! Definitely recommend

Claire, so sorry that the hot tub had an issue. We did call the repair man immediately and he came right away to replace a jet that was out. Unfortunately you were only there for the weekend so it was not quick enough for it to be fixed while you were still there. That is something that you cannot predict. It was working perfectly fine the night before you arrived. Terribly sorry.

Old cabin near the lake.
Coffee maker broken, toaster broken, water softner leaks, ancient beds/mattresses. Functional, but very old everything....we had a great time, wish it had been a better grade of house for the money.

Hi, thank you for your response. Got your message about the coffee maker so we actually went out and bought two new ones. Did not know about the toaster (we do have a new toaster oven on the counter) so that will be purchased. Definitely was not aware that the water softener leaked so we will check that out. All the mattresses are less than two years old but you are correct that some of the bed frames are older but functional. Glad you had a good time.

The space, bedroom & bed availability is awesome! Communication was awesome with the host, very easy check-in. Description of listing was excellent. Bathrooms, showers very clean. A little more attention needed with cleaning of under beds, dishes and in entertainment building. We found some things leftover under bed from prior guest. Downstairs beds comfortable, upstairs beds not so much. Loved the long table for the entire family to sit around! All in all this is an excellent place to stay except a little more cleaning is needed.

Great spot for a gathering
Plenty of room. Much more to it than it looks like from the outside. The event building was a nice space, with ping pong and pool table. It was a great spot to gather with some men from the church for a small retreat.
