“Days Inn Oromocto”
Very convenient location off highway and for doing business with CFB Gagetown. Clean, modern, internet available. No problems with this motel at all.
“Blah”
This hotel is just a run of the mill hotel. The outside is well kept and the lobby is well presented. The third floor hallway was dark and outdated. The room was tired looking. Had issues like cracked tiles in the bathroom, chips out of the bedboards, dated decor. There were alot of young familes around us, so children could be heard crying into the night as well as dogs barking. The 15 min to get into Fredericton seemed pretty long. Should be priced lower for what you get.
“Days Inn Oromocto”
The room was comfortable. But like the last time we stayed at this hotel we found the the floor were noisy and the tile floors throughout the hotel not just in our room were cracked. Other then the poor workmanship, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. I will go back to this hotel when we have events in the Oromocto New Brunswick area.
“Bad room in a correct hotel”
The hotel is near the highway, easy to find and not too old. The room however was not as good as the hotel looked. First, non-smoking rooms on smoking floors is a ridiculous concept: you don't need me to sign a paper expressing I won't smoke in the room, the floor reeks and the rooms smell. Next, I like dogs, but not when they bark early in the morning, a "privilege" you get from being on the "dogs" floor. Also, the room was located over what seemed to be the indoor pool pumps, a mechanical device that we could hear pulsing through the floor from 6am to 7. Finally, earwig in the bath and humid bed sheets didn't give us the freshly cleaned room feeling. The hotel looked okay though, we just got the bad "expedia room".
