Management and staff were not customer friendly. Bathroom, shower and floors not clean. I had to purchase cleaning supplies and disinfectant to clean up. First 2 days I went to a family member house to shower, thinking and waiting on the to take care of it. Very disappointed 😥

Excellent accommodations
We were very happy with this hotel. The rooms were super clean, nicely decorated, and the beds and pillows were terrific. At a couple of the hotels we stayed at lately. The bed has been so high that it’s hard to get into. This bed is a regular height And it made our stay that much more enjoyable.

Wasn’t happy about an hour after I had checked in I showered and laid in the bed to realize a roach was crawling on the wall. I went to the service desk to ask for a refund and so I could not change my room, nor given a refund. I am not happy at all. I feel a full or partial refund should be given to me.

Good morning, So after checking in at about 9pm with a rather rude man, we went to the room, and immediately the toilet clogged after my daughter used it. I called the front desk to ask if someone could please plunge it, the same man asked if I could come to the front desk to get the plunger myself, I went and he handed me a plunger in a nasty, wet/dirty plastic bag. I plunged the toilet myself, and returned the plunger to the man. Really? I mean...really? I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, both better and worse, and have never been asked to plunge my own toilet. Kind of unacceptable if you ask me. Thanks.

The room was clean. Bed not the most comfortable but had worse. Restaurants really close within walking distance. The breakfast at the hotel was very limited on selection and mostly microwavable items. So if you're looking for a warm breakfast (ie waffle maker, eggs, meat) this is not the place for you.

Old hotel in need of repair. Rooms only cleaned every third day! A number of scary people hanging around the outside of the building at night. Front desk staff doesn’t greet you when you come and go. The one good thing I can say is that when I called the front desk to ask why my room hadn’t been cleaned, the young man I spoke with explained the “every three days “ policy (which is enough to make me never come back again), and after I told him I had no tissues, toilet paper or clean towels left he did actually have someone clean the room while I was out.

Clean and close to shopping areas. Spent the weekend here with my boyfriend and had a blast. It’s not the classiest place but it’s affordable and clean. No bed bugs or anything gross. The carpets just looked a bit older.
