The suite rooms were comfortable. Having the bedroom and full kitchen was an added plus. Miranda was awesome and so sweet. As well as the breakfast buffet lady. They were both so kind. The hotel doesn’t have a movie theater like advertised and the outside firepit didn’t work but overall a nice place to stay.

The employees were very kind and helpful and cheerful! Attentive to cleanliness and making sure food stations were full for breakfast. My kids say they want to come here for all of our mini getaways 😃

5 Stars except nobody's cards were working on the exterior doors despite a couple of times of trying to rekey. Super clean, Great service, lots of space, in the showers are fabulous!

Pros: price, kitchen in room, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Cons: pool and jacuzzi were down for maintenance and the gym was not a good condition. This is the most important thing I look for when booking hotels and I was unable to use either.

Me and my sister stayed at this hotel for three days we didn’t get any room service. They never came and changed our garbage or clean new towels. We checked the bed and it had stains that looked like blood stains or maybe spilled coffee , we called down to the front desk and they said we had to wait 24 hours. We never got our sheets changed. I did appreciate the food service and the staff who served the food very nice and respectful.

It was a perfect place to stay after coming back home from vacation into a winter storm. Staff were very helpful ,rooms are comfortable and breakfast was really good.

Cute room with everything that I needed for a quick and quiet overnight stay. I am glad they use Dove products verses to knock-off brands that make my skin dry. Definitely will book again when I visit again.

No good to be hotels.com member
They gave me the room# 103 and there were 7-8 tables in the living room with no reason and looked like a warehouse. I asked the reason you gave me that room because I booked through Hotels.com and she said nothing but gave me another room. What a shame to be a Hotels.com member.

Disappointing
The hotel room was disappointing. The bathroom sink did not drain well. The bathtub did not drain well . The walls had many holes and dirt spots on them. The air exchange cover was thickly coated in dust. The bed smelled musky. The worst part was the noise. Kids running screaming jumping until 1230 at night. I called the front desk to get a room change. They were aware of the kids. They said they were trying to locate the parents. They were not able to give me a room change because the hotel was booked up . I will never stay again.

I called Friday night and requested rooms by each other I believe I was told 415/416-when I checked in I was told they were oversold so I was lucky to have 2 rooms. Room smelled like smoke.

It was not the number of beds that we had booked it for one of the bathrooms was out of order with six people in the room was very hard not worth what we paid for
