As we know that our 14 year old rooms look quite modern we are now in the process of renovating our rooms. A part of them are already done, so hopefully we will get the chance to welcome you as soon as possible back at our beautiful property. I'm very sorry that you had some issues with an order from our In-Room Dining. I will forward your point to our Director of F&B so he can train his team members. It could be the case that you were at the pool when it was cleaning itself. One side effect is that there is a water exchange but normally it is in the night so our guests will have warm water in the morning again. Unfortunately we can't offer our guests an own underground garage so we have to work with an external partner who decides about the process alone.
