“Great hotel in good location”
We visited for a long weekend to go to the Christmas markets and can't fault the hotel. We were in the city wing which did feel a bit detached from the main hotel as there were very limited facilities in this building but if didn't really bother us as we prefer to eat out and didn't use the bar. The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable, we were on the 14th floor and even had a view of the river. Location is good, less than 10 mins walk from the main train station and about 15 mins from the centre of Frankfurt which is a lovely walk along the river.
“Great place to stay in Frankfurt”
Very efficient and friendly staff. Had a great view over the river. Easy walk to many of Frankfurt's main locations.
“Emma”
They have really old televisions!!!
“Quality Hotel”
A good quality hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful with taxis always available outside. Nice bar area and reception.Slightly out of city but does not matter as Frankfurt is vast.
“Robert in Vancouver”
It's a very good hotel. However, the extra charge for EACH computer using in the internet in the room was not appreciated.
“A good business class hotel”
This is a large 1970's American-style hotel consising of two 20-storey towers situated on opposite sides of the street, the city tower and river tower, joined by an underground walkway . If possible you want the River tower as that is where all the hotel facilities are located. The City tower is like an annex where they book conventions and tours, but you have to walk across the street to use the restaurants, shops, fitness centre, and the front desk. there is an Italian restaurant in the city wing, but not operated by the hotel. As well another drawback is that there is no internet in the city tower rooms - you have to pay 20E per day, otherwise you can use the area in the front lobby which is a wi-fi zone. The hotel is very close to the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof so unless you have a lot of luggage you can walk to the train. Behind the hotel there is a nice park along the river Main, where you can sit and enjoy the sunshine on a nice day. There is one (expensive) restaurant and a bar off the main lobby in the River tower
“to Bad for the price!”
Location was not great, however the rooms were one of the largest I've seen in europe (TV was from 1982 or older ) but other than that it was fair stay for the value.
“very good workers very helppful”
overall very good. The air conditioning for the room we had was not that good and their was no pool but the location and the staff was excellent.
“Quiet location”
Great hotel located just a short walk into the city's popular attractions, close to the river which is handy in summer as there is always activity on the river banks. A bit of a walk back from the restaurant area's especially late at night on the deserted streets of the financial district. The rougher area around the train station is close by but just far enough away not to be a problem. The rooms are fantastic and very comfortable, room service is quick (just about arrives before you hang up the phone) and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is a bonus for our car, and a laundromat about 200m across the road (very handy for long term travelling). Great price too!
“Great location”
This hotel is on the bank of Main River. It is close to all major attractions in the city and the center station. Unforunately there are not many attactions in Frankfurt. Good thing the Greenline tour company is just two blocks away so it is convient to take a tour bus to Rhine Valley, etc.
