We have been coming to the German Christmas markets for years. Every time we come to Rothenburg, we always try to stay here. We love everything and the people are so nice & helpful. Love this hotel!!

Excellent location in the town centre. There’s a public parking lot right in front of the hotel so parking was easy. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. We were there during a hot spell and there’s no air conditioning. One fan for a divided quadruple room didn’t help much, but otherwise, we had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was good and the parking worked out well for the night. The shower ceiling was not high enough for a shower in one of the rooms. We enjoyed being able to walk to the sights and shopping in the town.

The hotel was conveniently located for our stay in Rothenburg ob der Tauber. The staff was extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. The adjoining restaurant was very good.

It was nice to be able to park at the property in a designated spot for only 10 euro a day. The staff was great and very helpful. The restaurant is a good option and the location is ideal if you’re driving.

Great location for exploring the old city! Very close to the town square. Included breakfast as well so that was a bonus. Great food, and the sausage is made by the owner... It was amazing. Or room was fine. Comfy bed. Quite small but we were only there for a night or two so we didn't mind. Friendly staff but they weren't available in the morning to ask about an extra night. I think, like everywhere, they have staffing shortages. Overall it was great and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

You Need to learn customer service I went to the front desk to ask if I can have late check out for 10 minutes But before I finish my request the woman with no personality said no I know the hotel was no sold out The reason I want the 10 minutes is because my flight was cxl and I need to make sure I need to extend 1 more day So my flight was cxl I took my money to a different hotel for the night

Pleasant stay
Wonderful location, friendly staff, good restaurant! Parking for a full day costs €5 - must ask the reception! Beds are comfortable, room is very good size . We had a very good time!

Location is very good, and public parking is right in front. The included breakfast is very good, and besides the usual European fare, has scrambled and hard boiled eggs. Rooms don’t have USB chargers, and tub had a hand held shower (not a walk-in shower), and if you’re tall, watch your head on the dormer drops in the ceiling in all rooms and hallway (but that’s part of the charm.) We are both 6 foot and didn’t hit our head once. All in all, a good place to stay!

The lady that checked us in was not very friendly. A little rude. Easy walking to all points of interest. Paid parking lot right in front of hotel. Kitchen was closed the day we stayed.

Cute little place to stay, very friendly staff. The room was comfortable and clean, not a huge room but it was big enough. Nice that they have a restaurant and breakfast. Biggest issue was that we visited in August and there was not air conditioning despite reading that AC was available and we were pretty warm in the room.

Just a couple blocks from Christmas Market and inside the city walls. Very welcoming and clean facility. Dining room staff were excellent too. We would gladly stay here again. Humongous parking lot across the street and parking was free 6PM to 9 AM daily. We could see our car from our room. Breakfast buffet food was typical of German hotels; eggs, lunch meats, assorted breads and cheeses, yogurt, etc, etc,. No bacon, potatoes or pancakes and waffles. But for one day it was plenty and nourishing.

A good place to stay. We chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the old town, and for this reason it was great. The rooms themselves were basic but fine.

Loved Rothenberg Ob Der Tauber
This is a great location!!! The room was adequate and clean. We were worried that it would be loud since it was on the first floor but it was quiet. Parking was in the back. Someone came out and helped us find our way in to the lobby.

The Parking was terrific. A huge lot right in front of the hotel. The property is located within the city and all sights are easily accessable.

Great location inside the wall. Pretty hotel. I arrived late to the hotel due to flight delay but staff was kind enough to serve us dinner at the restaurant just after their last order time.

Stay inside the wall if you can
Great stay at an amazing place to visit. The only drawback is the placed does not have an elevator. However, they will carry your bags up the stairs if you need help.
