We very much enjoyed our stay. You can't beat a clean room, full breakfast, friendly staff, and an indoor pool and spa for a more than fair price. We will stay here again. The Sequoia Park Zoo in Eureka is a must see. Enjoy!
“A well maintained, clean hotel with a friendly staff, comfortable room and great breakfast.”
This was the most well maintained, clean, comfortable Holiday Inn Express we've ever experienced. The staff was super friendly and quick to help with our needs.Our room was comfortable with a new t.v., refrigerator, plush beds and a clean bathroom...better than expected! The breakfast was was good with plenty of choices and the food and coffee were plentiful. They even had an indoor pool and hot tub that were both warm and clean. The Eel river was across the street, there was a mini mart next door and a steak house within walking distance. For well under $100 this is an exceptional deal. Eureka is only 15 minutes to the North and Ferndale 10 minutes to the West so there is plenty to do nearby, just check the lobby of the hotel for all kinds of literature on nearby activities. A great stay for a super price!

Bed was good. First time ever experiencing hotel providing soft and firm pillows. Service (lobby, breakfast, housecleaning) were good.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There wasn't anything extra special about the hotel but I will definitely stay there again if I return to the area. Highly recommended for a short stay.
“Cheap but typical”
Not much to say about this. The options are extremely limited along the coast and this is one of the better options. It won't amaze you, but it's a decent overnight place to crash on your way to somewhere else.

the hotel is located close to the highway, but still far enough to cancel the traffic noise. In addition there are other hotel groups and a restaurant.
