Café da manhã com moscas, elevador fede, precário.
Sobre os alimentos no café da manhã havia MOSCAS, o que reflete a completa falta de higiene do estabelecimento, coisa horrível. Ao chegar, o recepcionista, que parecia tudo menos um recepcionista de hotel, não sabia localizar minha reserva. Ao sair, mesma coisa, o recepcionista, que também não parecia recepcionista, queria me cobrar a estada, mesmo eu já a tendo paga antecipadamente quando da reserva. Tanto na entrada quanto na saída, perdi bastante tempo na recepção. O frigobar do quarto só tem água mineral em copo, não tem garrafa, o que me irrita, porquanto o hotel deve buscar receita com a estada, não com venda de alimentos, isso porque, com água em copo, o hóspede se vê obrigado a consumir inúmeros e a alto custo (mas, não eu). O precário hotel só fornece alguns canais digitais locais na TV, a quase totalidade gospel, nem globo aberta existe, o que beira o ridículo. Canais a cabo nem em sonho. O elevador fede, o chão é imundo, o estabelecimento aparenta não ter gestão adequada. As fotos dos quartos que estão nos sites de reservas não condizem com a realidade, pois os quartos são precários; no banheiro, a parte do box acumula água nos pés, não escoa adequadamente, o que é nojento. E eu ainda fiquei num dos melhores quartos, de 24m2. Imagine o mais básico como deve ser. Não vale o preço, há muitas outras opções melhores em Fortaleza, próximas deste hotel, inclusive.
