I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and concern regarding my recent stay at your establishment. During our stay at the Baymont by Wyndham, located at [address], my companions and I encountered a distressing situation. Despite our efforts to enjoy our time at your hotel, we continually experienced discomfort due to unexplained bites. After careful investigation, we were horrified to discover that our room was infested with bed bugs. This experience has been deeply upsetting and has significantly impacted our enjoyment of our stay. As guests, we expect a clean and comfortable environment, free from such issues as bed bug infestations. The presence of bed bugs not only caused physical discomfort but also psychological distress, as we worried about the potential health implications and the risk of bringing the infestation back to our homes. Furthermore, we are disappointed by the lack of adequate response from your staff upon reporting the issue. Despite bringing this matter to their attention, we did not receive the level of support and assistance we expected. This has only added to our frustration and disappointment. As a result, I am requesting immediate action to address this issue. I urge you to conduct a thorough inspection and treatment of the affected room(s) to ensure the complete eradication of the bed bug infestation. Additionally, I expect a full refund for our stay, as compensation for the inconvenience, discomfort, and distress caused by this

Property is poorly maintained, Was very dirty. Shower head was bad and pool was very warm. First night staff were getting drunk behind building and blaring loud music till midnight. Breakfast was good but most things were mid or worse. But while is was a bad stay we made the most of it.

The bathroom faucet was not cleaned on the handle. I saw one silverfish bug. Loved the hot tub and the pool.

The only thing i didnt care for was the shower head didnt work. I could only take a bath. I had a king size suite with a jakooze i didnt need to take another bath. The shower head had to of not worked for a while. Someone else had to of complained before me i wonder if maintenance ever got told.

I would never comeback
Visited there with my family. It was horrible. Wasn't worth the amount of money I paid for a 4 night stay. My family and I ended up booking another hotel room. Definitely money lost. The owner and his relatives stayed in the hot tub/pool as if it was their personal area. My sheets on day 1 of my stay had blood on them. Even my towels had dark brown spots on them.Breakfast was horrible. My family and I were scheduled for a 4 night stay and was told breakfast was included, though the biscuits were stale as hell. We just ended up eating at Garrett's pancakes house everyday. That place was amazing. We dont even suggest hanging in the lobby area....I literally didnt want to sit in the lobby. The furniture is so out dated and worn-out.

Just don’t, they’ll lie to you and say the pool is heated the hot tub is basically sitting bath water that they dump chemicals into. Jets don’t even turn on. Didn’t have towels in the swimming are once. Had to go to the hallway and track someone down every single time. Couldn’t even get in the pool because it was freezing and I mean freezing not.medium! Place was dirty and gross. Health department needs to be called.

Pool not operational. Breakfast cold and limited. Not as described. Rooms lacking simple maintenance repairs. People living full-time on 2nd floor. Overall not welcoming. Never staying here again.

The pool and hot tub were closed. The reason I chose Baymont was because you listed both of those amenities. Your maint. Person gave 1 reason and your front desk person gave another. The tub was dirty, the mattress was stained as if it had water damage.

Breakfast was terrible. No eggs, no meat, stale bread or stale bagels. Lots of paint peeling off, especially in the pool area. Coffee wasnt fresh, i had to go purchase my own. Shower head leaked so there wasnt much pressure.

WELL THERE HOT TUB WAS DOWN AND THE HEATER ON THE POOL WAS NOT WORKING UNABLE TO USE POOL TOO COLD. PROVIDED A SHOWER CHAIR BUT THE SHOWER HEAD WAS SO HIGH UP IT WAS USELESS THE LOBBY FUNITURE LOOKED LIKE THEY GOT IT FROM A DUMPSTER AND THE CHAIR IN OUR ROOM WAS STAINED WAS NOT IMPRESSED WILL NOT STAY AGAIN.

We had a gentleman sign us in who was rude and we couldn’t understand him.. very rude! The rest of the staff was great! The property itself was old and the beds are old! The toilet is very short and it was just OLD! It was priced at over $100.00.
